This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any resort, especially considering how much we paid. You need to take a shuttle everywhere because the hotel, water park, and main lobby are not connected. They are a few minutes' drive apart, and the shuttles take forever due to high demand. The vans only fit about 15 people, so expect long wait times. If you need to go anywhere—whether to the buffet, water park, or restaurants—leave early, or you'll be stuck waiting. Also, since they transport wet guests from the water park, the shuttle seats are always soaked. There is only one buffet for the entire resort at breakfast, and you have to take a shuttle to get there. From the moment we left our room to when we actually sat at a table, it took 1 to 2 hours. We also couldn’t get a table at the premium steakhouse because reservations needed to be made weeks in advance—which we weren’t informed of—so our dining options were limited. The water park is open to the public, meaning anyone who pays an entrance fee can come in. Despite paying for a stay at this "exclusive" resort, we had to compete for chairs and tables with people from other hotels and even locals. Finding a place to sit and relax was nearly impossible unless you arrived first thing in the morning. The worst part? No hot water in the room for 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed. My wife, my kids, and I had to take freezing showers. If you’re considering staying here, be aware.
