What was advertised is not what I experienced. Mold on the pool furniture, pool was dirty the entire stay -pool furniture was dusty. Room was mid, light fixtures and walls were dirty. The entire hotel was too dim, not safely lit at all.

Walkable, clean, quiet. Not staffed 24 hrs, concerns, issues, inquiry is thru whats app messaging, front and room door is thru an app link sent to your phone, safety issue right there.

Great property in a perfect location, rooms are spacious comfortable beds very automatizated check in if you arrive late don't panic just send what's app to the phone number they provide they will be there, carefull the showers are slippery

Jackie was an excellent hostess for our month with the marquee. The hotel is central and feels luxurious! Rooms are large, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent.

Modern and sleek property, great staff and super comfortable bed. Downside, pool bar was closed, and the stairway was very dark and a little dangerous to be honest as the walls were a rough stone and no handrail. Be careful and alert.

That change my reservation to the Calixta hotel, is in the same family group of Marquee hotel, but was nice after all, I will like to mention that the people at the Calixta was friendly and nice, however I will like the next time do not be change of my hotel choice.

Muy bueno pero puede mejorar

Pros: -Excelente localización frente a Coco Bongo -Cuartos cómodos y limpios -Silencioso, no se oye ruido de la 5ta ave -Staff muy amable y cordial Cons: -La seguridad, como cierran front desk por la niche, tiene q abrir la puerta con un código y si alguien te sigue o esta cerca de ti puede entrar y hacerte daño o robar pq la puerta tarda bastante en cerrar. -La azotea es inusable, piscina sucia, area de bbq y barra cerrada toda mohosa y asientos viejos y con moho. -Cristales de las habitaciones manchados, no puedes mirar hacia afuera. General, por el precio es un bello hotel pero la seguridad es preocupante

Professional and helpful staff, clean facility, safe neighborhood, walkable distance. I really disliked the fact that breakfast was in next hotel and the e- room keys often didn't work.
