BEWARE OF STEALING AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE! For the first time in my life staff stole money from me. I kept some money in the safe (key one, not electronic) and in couple of days I realized that I am missing portion of it. After carefully reconsidering my expenditures and reading some of previous reviews which stated the loss of their money in similar situation, the obvious conclusion was made that it got stolen. When addressing this to the staff we were told to go to police straigth away without any sign of empathy and even an attempt to help us figuring this out. Police said that there is nothing much can be done due to no evidence (hotel conveniently has no cameras) and confirmed that this is not the first time someone reports similar issue. The next day we made a decision to leave a hotel since we felt insecure. At first the manager of this place which is called hotel for whatever reason offered us the refund for the rest of nights but when he was rightfully confronted by my wife (just a reminder - they stole money from us and said it is impossible since no one has the key other than a client which sounds like a ridiculous lie) they decided to cancel the prearranged deal and kept the rest of payment to themselves. Stay away from this place. Do not support them with your money under any circumstances. P.S. I honestly hope Expedia will reconsider their partnership with this establishment since these kind of unpleasant stories also throws shade on the service itself.

First time to Mexico and traveling solo. The staff were super friendly and I felt safe. Can’t beat the location! Walkable to everything and far enough away from the noise. Nice pools. Would stay here again.

Great little hotel, walking distance to everything… beach, shops, restaurants, 5th Ave. It’s safe and convenient. Nice pool and bar on the roof top overlooking a park. The staff are all great and will help organize the airport shuttle, etc. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at La Pasion! The pool was warm and the gardens were beautiful- but our favorite part was how friendly and helpful the staff was. I had prescription I needed printed off to get filled at a pharmacy and they were able to help me late at night. We will definitely come again!

Cute little hotel in a central location. There's a market across the street in the square on Fri/Sat/Sun. They start setting up around 4 and run til 10, a bit noisy but didn't bother me much. The wifi didn't work on our side, which was a bit annoying but other guests said it worked great for them. There's lots of pools which was really nice for relaxing. Included breakfast was good, there's a few options. The bed was hard/uncomfortable, which was less than ideal, probably the biggest negative for me. The elevators seemed not working and there are lots of stairs, so something to keep in mind for folks with mobility issues. There is parking, but as others have said, requires a staff member to open for you, which wasn't too bad. Other than the bed, would stay again.

Absolutely love staying at this hotel. Central to everything but yet quite enough to have a good sleep, three pools to choose from, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to everything, 2 minutes from Walmart will definitely be staying here again :-) the staff was absolutely remarkable super funny kind of nice.
