I booked this trip as a much needed last minute solo get away. I honestly don’t expect much, however it more than surpassed my expectations. I loved my stay so much that I will be coming back next month with my kids this time.

The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The flora and fauna breathtakingly peaceful. There are ample places at the many pools to bask in the sun. Food choices and locations were marvelous. I enjoyed the walking paths. Our room was perfect. We will return!

The overall quality of the resort is good, however the food and drinks are not the best! Obviously there are some good options, but not all of them are good or even acceptable. The staff were nice, the rooms were a but old however clean.

Welcome was mid. The bellboys are more courteous and polite than front desk. Very little staff serving drinks in the pool and beach area. Lots of sargassum at the beach that is just piled up daily but not cleaned out. Some staff if really nice and friendly but many are not very friendly. The rooms are decent. When booking with Expedia it said free upgrade in room if available. I asked if they had upgrades available and they said yes but it’s an additional charge. I told them about the Expedia upgrade but they said it’s not possible. The food was not bad. Some was really good but some was bland. I guess that’s expected in a resort. We did have a medical incident and that was handled really well by concierge, medical staff and management. The resort is really big so transportation was available all day to take you from different points of the resort. Convenience store was very pricey. Paid $22 dollars for a roll of floss and some hair ties. Bag of chips $10 dollars. Honestly would not return to this resort. I did love all the nature surrounding it. There are coatis, deer, raccoons at night.

Full of sargasso, and front-desk people flat lied saying they cleaned it every day. Outdated (30+ years). Not customer focused. Turning on a ceiling fan at the bar took over 30 minutes and several requests from me. Food quality was mediocre at best. Platinum is oversold. Half the hotel is closed "for remodeling". Mariachi show was lame. Membership is pushed on every opportunity. I would not come back even if it were free.

I want to recommend this resort to those who have never been anywhere else. Because there is nothing to compare it with. Everything is good, the food, the rest, and the service. With a family, this resort is just a godsend.

Our stay was terrible. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. There was very limited things we can do since the next resort was closed due to renovation, the beach was dirty and full of seaweed, we didn't even bother getting in & ON TOP of all that my daughter caught HFM disease due to the uncleanliness of this resort. Will never go back!!

Be careful when booking, all inclusive is really not all inclusive. You are denied access to the ice cream parlor, kids zone, unless you buy a day pass or book the family package. It’s rather deceiving. I loved that we were accommodated with a wheelchair for my mom. It would have been nice to know there was a ‘back way’ to get to the restaurants instead of over the bridges and up and down steep slopes. Breakfast buffet was ok, but the food was subpar at best. I’ve stayed at many all inclusives and this one was disappointing.

It was an excellent stay!!!! Omg i enjoyed it so much! The staff was welcoming and had a great time here. Ofcourse sea had a lot of seaweed (they tried their best to clean it ofc) and it smelled but the beach tacos are to die for.
