Everything you would expect from an all-inclusive The food was typical for this type of establishment lots of variety, not the tastiest Was not overcrowded and very easily accessible to multiple bars and food areas Including one on the beach for both They take very good pride at keeping this place immaculate The pool is not oversaturated with chlorine and is very clean All day long, we are picking up things and cleaning up the property everywhere looks remarkably well-maintained I would go back again👍

I loved the landscaping of the grounds, cleanliness, dining options, service, wildlife, entertainment and activities. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our celebration special. What I didn't like was the shuttle transportation was unreliable for such a large property so there was a lot of walking. Additionally there was an unexpected upcharge for 24 hour room service that had a very limited menu and the food was cold when it arrived. Also beware of pushy timeshare reps in disguise and the beach was rocky with a lot of seaweed. The resort is not walkable to any town or shops off property. The guard at the gate did not allow our private excursion driver to drop us off at the lobby so we had to walk from the gate. In spite of that, overall we enjoyed our family vacation and would recommend it to others.

The property was much larger than we expected, lots of walking which can be great if you want to. There were always long lines at the outdoor bars. Maybe a few more bar tenders in the day would be beneficial. We liked our time at the resort but didn’t love the food. A couple of the a la carte restaurants were, breakfast buffet was good, lunch and evening buffet not so much. Overall I would recommend this resort.

Very disappointed. Lack of communication was my first complaint as the staff checking us in gave us no information about the resort at all. I reserved a king suite and when I got to my room I had two queen beds pushed together and made to look like one bed, no couple wants to share to beds with a crack in the middle. Couldn’t get dinner reservation our first night’s and none of the staff was willing to help with that. When we did get some reservations the restaurants were half empty every night! We had a swim out room but couldn’t even access a bar from our pool area. The property needs a lot of updating and maintenance.
