Over all the staff was courteous. There. Were a few that would brother, not liquor direction. The most disheartening thing is we went for quire relaxation to lounge the beach and just enjoy tranquility. We. Had a private walkout to the water from our balcony, which was covered with children. Streaming laughing playing. Have a wonderful time all the time. I have 16 grandchildren. Love them all but I didn't want to have children on my vacation. Especially someone else's. The beach was covered with seaweed. You couldn't enjoy the ocean at all. They had anequated means of trying to dispose of the seaweed which we were never able to fully do. They only had red wine and white wine. No variance in either. Young adults were allowed to carry on outside of our bedroom door all hours of the night yelling screaming in partying right outside of our door my husband Knight do not sleep the entire trip for multiple reasons the noise being one of them. The malt in the room being another. Sing a coffin online as another.. We actually booked an early flight home. It was ridiculous. They were supposed to pick us up in our room at 2 o'clock in the morning. Because that was the only time they could get a shuttle to the airport for an eight o'clock flight. Yet they didn't show up. So we logged our luggage half a mile up to the main lobby. Where our shuttle was to meet us. I was never so glad to be home from a vacation..

The beach is huge and very nice! Staff was friendly at any encounter and very useful. The resort is huge and you can walk around all day which is great because you get to burn all your calories from the drinks and food. Food could be better but there is great selection and you can always find something to eat which you would love. Great restaurants for dinner!

The food was horrible. Not once did we like the food. We visited 2 years ago and loved it, and this time it was horrible. Service was good, the bartenders were amazing and fun. No music so bring a speaker. Sunscreen is 35$. A couple vomited in the pool and they closed the pool down, they should of cut them off at 10 am. Beach is good but crowded and first come first serve on spots. Pool doesn't have enough shade area so get there early. Food is the number one for us and this was not it. Other than that it was ok.

It's our first time at an all inclusive resort and it was a pretty great experience. The staff at the restaurants (buffet, bars and ala carte) were very friendly and always helpful. The resort is pretty massive although slightly dated was still very pleasing and comfortable. The food was pretty good but you need to book the ala carte ones quickly. We managed to try different ones throughout the stay. Would recommend this resort if you are looking for an all inclusive one in Playa Del Carmen

A lot of available pool side seating. Everything within walking distance. Not overly crowded or busy. Overall nice property. Lots of pools. The resort is missing a dedicated coffee establishment and smoothie bar. The property is also lacking in walk up bars area.
