We were impressed at the beauty of this hotel. It had shuttles but also very walkable. Our room was large with a nice sized 3rd floor deck. Specialty restaurants were nice. Our favorite was La Fluer. The beach was nice although there were some rocky areas but only at the entrance. The pools were plentiful and sat at a new one every day. Everyone who worked there was friendly and we felt very welcomed. We would recommend this hotel and we have traveled Mexico for over 40 years.

We originally booked a different hotel in Tulum that was not safe. We last minute booked to stay here. They upgraded our room, luxury spa, and treatment. Helped us get a car to explore the town and easy pick up for excursions.

We just got home and our girls asked if we could move there. The staff is so friendly and the restaurants are great! There is so much to do between the stores, live shows, live music, restaurants, the beach, and of course the amazing pools to pick from! You can't get bored here. This was our 3rd time going here and we will be back again soon!

This is my third time at this resort, I have such a great experience each and every time! Love all of the scenery, the a la carte restaurants (Miso Teppanyaki is our absolute fav!), the activities and the beach ia wonderful too! The staff are wonderful and they out on some great shows!

Property was beautiful however it is over run by infestation of animals. Look like raccoons but don’t know what they are called. No water bottle available at lobby area. Alcohol mysteriously missing from our fridge in our room. The French restaurant food was horrible. I had allergies to certain foods they try to accommodate me however it was a piece of chicken with nothing on it no flavouring no spice absolutely nothing.

A lot of different food choices, from buffets, specialty restaurants and cleaning people on each and every corner of the property. Only downside is a lot of wildlife(coatties) in common areas, however it’s there home as well. We will back for sure, this was our 4th time.

It took me 5 vacation days for them to upgrade me to VIP at Princess. I was told since I booked to Expedia may stays did not count they needed to be direct to hotel. Koati’s jump on guest on take their food and when you leave cups on edge of pools Koatis come and take them. Many of those poor animals are drunk and falling over, very sad site. Situation is out of control and some of the staff find it funny that animals are inebriated……

We loved the clean pools, our room staff was amazing. The coaites annoying. Hard to enjoy snacks by pool. The Buffett was fantastic. The reservation to set times for the special restaurants fantastic! ( Mama Mia, and the Grill our favorite!) The time share harassment did Not like at all. The spa 10/10 we are already planning next trip!

There were racoons everywhere that went through your bags and you could not relax at the pool or beach in fear of them stealing your belongings. It was very irritating and not a pleasant experience.

Did not like anything from this facility. There were bugs in the room including on the bed. All the animals around the facility were disturbing. My reservation was for Grand Riviera and I was put on Grand Sunset. Very disappointed with everything this resort provided. Will not be staying ever again.

The suite smelled like mold and triggered my asthma. A hotel staff stole $400 USA dollars from my back pack that was hidden in a secret compartment. A report was filled with hotel security and I’m requesting a refund.

Resort was nice and big. Daily events were great. Expect lots of walking. Pool were nice. We were hoping la fandu restaurant would be open but it was permanently closed. Don’t recommend it you are looking for vegetarian. Not much option. Room service didn’t have that much option to select from.
