If you want action… this is the place to be! Located right at the square where all the night action goes on till after midnight…. And daytime you are steps from the beach! The pool is nice and the empty lot next door is green and clean! I refused maid service while I was there just traded towels when I needed them! Still ended up having a bunch of money taken from the safe when I was out! Front desk claimed impossible… of course! I emailed manager and heard nothing! There is do much light and windows to the exterior hallway bring a sleeping mask! My kids were up at 2 am thinking it was daylight! Rock hard beds… basic hotel but location was amazing

The staff very very friendly and helpful only complaint was the elevator stopped working and it was difficult to carry the luggage down the stairs. It is close to the Ferry, too.

Very good location

Hotel has direct view to the ocean. Very good location. No parking but parking is organized, they have parking possibility in one parking house near to the hotel.

The best location for bus and ferry and beach. Elevator was out of order so we requested a main floor room and were accommodated (we are super seniors after all). Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

We had a really nice stay at Casa Melissa. The hotel is right on the beach and our room had a nice view of the beach too. The hotel was also a stones throw away from la Quinta Avenida (the Main Strip) as well as the ADO bus terminal. Our room was big, clean and had a fridge as well as shampoo/conditioner etc. The staff were also friendly. Overall, everything you’re looking for.

Casa Melissa is in a great location. Tons of shopping, lots of restaurants and the beach is a two minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for everything is because we had almost no shower pressure and we didn’t have hot water for a few days. The beds are very hard. This place is a great place to stay if you want be in the middle of the action! All in all we had a great stay.

The room was nice. However, the pool was not clean and if you have an oceanfront room the view is corrupted by an unsightly view of a lot of property that has construction debris and a mattress. The location is close to all the restaurant stores, etc. We stayed there only 2 days because of the great price before we moved to another location so it worked for us.

Close to everything and felt safe. Beds were hard which was ok for me but maybe not others. Wifi clicked off and on randomly so I used my data and roaming to ensure I was connected. Tv only hooked up to YouTube or Netflix which is ok because we didn’t need the tv much. Amazing view. Pool was great to refresh in after a walk or a beach swim.
