The courtyard was beautiful. The Spa experience was great. Misrepresented in Expedia as to food service and transportation service which were unavailable.

Good stay for the price.

A nice quiet gem in the center of Playa del Carmen. Emma the front desk/cleaning lady was slightly overloaded with her workload but did her best to accomadate our needs. Very basic room without coffee or hair dryer but a safe and there are many coffee places around, including a 7/11. Good sized balcony and nice pool in the courtyard. Surprisingly quiet for this area and plenty of restos within walking distance. A few short blocks to the beach. Wifi was okay in our room, 21.

This property has a relaxing atmosphere and a nice pool area with lots of plants. The breakfast in the morning is made by order and if you don’t eat eggs your only option is a small cup of fruit.

Peaceful Oasis in crazed Playa

Charming peaceful oasis in a sea of noisy partying tourists. Just off 5th Ave and easy walk to good eats, 20 min stroll down 5th Ave to the ferry. Great place to stay if you're having to spend the night in Playa Del Carmen to catch the ferry or airplane. Lovely place.

The Bric Hotel was very quiet with character. Very close to 5th Ave and convenient to everything. Service was great and had an amazing massage package. Diffinately planning another stay there.

The place is still a lovely quiet oasis off a busy 5th Ave. The pool is in need of maintenance as many tiles are missing as are the steps going into the pool. This makes it unusable if you have mobility issues.

We had a large well-appointed apartment on the third floor. Great space. But I did not enjoy climbing up all the stairs (I am in my 80s). Location of the hotel could not be better and the staff were all very helpful. Only thing I would change is the pool temperature - wanted to swim but it was too cold for me! Also - very minor detail - could have used Kleenex in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
