Very nice, modern furnished design. Room was so comfy and good size of services. Staffs are very friendly. Front desks look like very helpful particularly who tried to find me to hand in my shuttle papers when he figured out I was worried about. Thanks for all staffs in restaurant who were hardworking. The only thing that I did not like swimming pool temp was a little bit cold. Needs to be primarily warmer specially in mornings to jump it in. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice. Very comfortable big room. Spacious common areas. Food is very good. Main swimming pool is too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Location is not good - extremely noisy street with many bars and drunk people - not safe to walk towards the end of the day

Great family trip
Great family trip. Rooms are lovely and clean and bathrooms are particularly nice. Food is good for an all inclusive with plenty of choice. Only reason I'm scoring this 4 and not 5, is that balcony of the room we stayed in had no view whatsoever and overlooked the back of another building.

Allowing people to reserve lounge chairs by the pool all day is unacceptable and unfair. Every morning the chairs were claimed for the entire day by a handful of people who were neither on the chairs nor in the pool and we were unable to find a single chair to use. This must be addressed by the hotel not the guests

This hotel is not an 8.6 for reviews or even a 4 star hotel. I would rate this a 3 star hotel, food was horrible- if you want flavour bring your hot sauce, the rooms were nice but they do not provide you with bottled water, shower cap, q-tip, etc... If you need the iron, you need to request it a day in advance at at least as they only have 1 iron for the whole hotel that needs to be shared with all guests. Worse of all this is not a proper o'o all inclusive hotel, alcohol is not free, you have to pay for it at all times. You only get house wine and beer during lunch and dinner- this is not written anywhere on the expedia website. On the hotel website it states "At lunch and dinner three alcoholic drinks are included, with a choice between house wine and beer". Really disappointed with how this was advertised with expedia.

The one thing that impressed us the most is the the staff, regardless of rome/function, they are friendly, nice, appear to be happy and like their jobb. Noticed that the hotel has adjustable height beds, I assume from what I saw, to spare housekeeping staff backs, if so, wonderful to see!

My valet was stolen/ got lost at the check in. The check in people were not friendly at al and didn’t help me to find out what happened at first. They told me I should go to Police Station and have them to ask us to check the CCTV. A couple days they told me we checked we did not find anythin. I paid the bill in cash at the check in and got a twenty Euros bill from my valet. I would not put my feet in RiuS hotels never.

One thing that bother me was not being able to cool my room enough, no matter how you set ac it never cooled that room enough and besides the main floor where you check in there was no ac on any floor which was pretty uncomfortable.
