Based on what we paid for this hotel I didnt expect too much, but we were happily surprised. Spacious very clean rooms, lots of space to chill both inside the hotel and around the pool areas. The breakfast was a massive spread with lots and lots of options. I would happily go back to this hotel.

Everything was really lovely. Staff were very helpful when asked about directions. The room was clean and and the water temperature and pressure in the shower was amazing. We used the Wellness center and had a great time in the jacuzzi and pool when the weather was not great for the beach. The only downside is they didn’t have basic amenities like toothbrush and you had to pay 10€ deposit for extra towel.

Muy bueno todo, podría calificarlo de excelente pero, hubo 2 detalles que no estuvieron a la altura. Tuvimos un inconveniente con Iberia, quise llamar desde el hotel al call center y se me informa que a lineas que comienzan con 9 no podia...¿? dije que no podía creer en un 4 estrellas. En recepción se me recomienda dirigirme al aeropuerto, cogimos taxi ida y vuelta y en el aeropuerto no había oficinas de Iberia con atencion al cliente. Información que si no estas seguro de ella, no puedes aconsejar tal cosa. Es tiempo y dinero que el turista pierde, en mi caso además el stress que vivimos. Demás 10 puntos.

Good Hotel

The stay was very comfortable. Music was a little loud from the bar as we wanted to sleep around 9 for an early flight but it was bearable. Beds were comfy, although would have liked a second pillow. Adequate amenities.

Housekeeping opened my room door before 9am, when I was sleeping. I even locked the door and did not just close it. Check out was 11 am. Shower is not closed and have to be careful not to get water on the floor. Front desk was nice in person but very rude when on the phone. When I called about the housekeeper opening the door I was met with hostility.

Not too bad

The hotel was well maintained, though a little old and could do with some modernisation - the two very small lifts were a choke point at busy times, especially with lots of guests bringing their bikes up and down to their rooms taking up the whole lift. The buffet dinner was OK, though fir thr price, €20 per person not including any drinks, there are better value restaurants very close by. Also, dinner stops being served at 10, which is quiet early. The bike rental options at the hotel were great, and the area is fantastic for leisurely ridea along the sea front. The view from our hotel room on the 7th floor was lovely, and the sound of the waves breaking on the shore is lovely in the evening. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially those on the front desk. The pool looked lovely and clean, but was a a touch cold given it is outside and not heated, and it was Easter. The hotel was really good value, and the breakfast spread was very good, especially given it only cost £4 per person.
