Staff is friendly however very understaffed. The facility is in major need of an update. Paint peeling and cracks. Carpets are worn and stained. Breakfast was awful cold eggs and microwaved sausage. The front desk person was overwhelmed with guests complaining. I would definitely not stay here again.

Check in was easy, bed was comfortable, went for breakfast a little later and the choices were miniscule. One question; why put only three pillows on a king sized bed? Aesthetics? Two people each need two pillows!! Step up and throw another one on!

The fact our room was right next to the elevator and window faced onto the highway there was no quiet time. Windows are obviously not sound proof and the elevator is old and therefore extremely loud. No clue why but there was also an industrial fan going outside of our room the entire time we were there.
