Outdated, but close to SUNY Plattsburgh
Room/bathroom are outdated, bathroom bathtub drain didnt work, the bathroom door clearly had some sort of water damage. The jacuzzi tub in the room is awkwardly placed, high steps to jacuzzi are dangerous, plus the room is wall to wall carpeting. Mold could possibly be an issue. Bed was decent n comfortable. Pool/hot tub floor surfaces need fixing bc its chipping/peeling which could cause someone to slip.

The shampoo was completely empty in my room so that honestly put a damper ony stay. And the gentleman that checked us in was really not friendly. Not rude. But not pleasant.

We've stayed here multiple times and have always had a nice stay. The only disappointment this time was breakfast. They have been consistently offering less and less varieties and choices. It's ok if you only like scrabbled eggs. Otherwise, go out to eat

This hotel is ok, but NOT the greatest!!
This hotel is pretty good. Clean and with nice amenities like a pool, game room and a nice lobby area. However, the smell was not so good. Breakfast was ok on the first morning which was a Sunday morning, although they ran out of milk, and had to send someone to buy at the store!?! Which was ridiculous. Second morning, which was a Monday, there was nothing to eat!! Bagels were moldy, no milk or yogurt, no eggs- really disgusting and disappointing!! The girls in charge of the “kitchen” looked like they are lost, nothing to offer to the guests, and when we asked, they just said we ‘ran out’. At the checkout, the girls at the reception desk could not calculate our final amount for payment, it was too ‘complicated’ for them!

Room 451… bugs coming through the window… I killed 15-20 beetle type bugs coming through the window area… sink mechanism for drain was broken… had to use my pocket knife to get the water down the drain every single time… no one at the front desk the 3 times I tried to tell someone… disappointed…

Restful Stay
My spouse and I stayed two nights in order to attend a memorial service. We had to drive seven hours each way, so needed the hotel to be rested and not be fatigued as we traveled. Our stay was restful, a comfortable room and pleasant front desk staff that assisted us with locating nice restaurants.
