Was a nice place clean pools helpful staff only complant would be curtains and nets layout had to adjust daily for privacy Front desk / pool / catering staff all fantastic

This is great for family outings but not for guests who like to drink alcohol. I wish we read the hotel policy about no alcohol allowed in the property. We had to check out the next day & just forfeited our 2nd night reservation. Staff is wonderful!

Beddings are almost worn out and the pillows are over used even the towels, shower curtain is dirty , wave pools have a lot of moss, but they have a lot of nice staff

Expediaに問い合わせしていますが、全く返信も有りません。 ホテルは2泊の予定でしたが2時間でチェックアウトし他のホテルに移動しました。 レストランが工事中で食事無し。ルームサービスも無し。買い出しの確認をすると部屋でアルコールは禁止。上記情報は予約時全く無く、最悪な旅行になりました。ホテル側から返金に対してはExpediaに確認して欲しいとの事でした。が、未だExpedia何の連絡も有りません。
