Location was great for baseball game. However, rooms were outdated. The walls were paper thin! Was unable to sleep until the neighbors decided to sleep. You could hear every person walking up and down the hall and.closing doors.

The junior suite that we reserved wasn’t ready at check in time nor was it ready an hour and a half after check-in time… So we had to settle for a standard room so that our family could check in and make it to the event that evening… No refunds or upgrades were offered… Not even free breakfast… A little disappointing, seeing as though we thought we picked a pretty reputable hotel.

Very disappointed in rooms! We got 2 junior double suites. Which one looked like a plain room and neither of them had the area with sofa bed which we were looking forward to the extra sitting space. One room had 2 chairs and a tiny table and the other room did not even have the chairs! Not at all like the pictures and description for the double junior suites! Money spent and wasted for something we did not get!

Second time staying here,both times came to watch MLB games.Perfect location in my opinion for baseball or football games.Restaurants are plentiful and in walking distance from hotel.Views from the rooms of Pittsburgh are spectacular !

We really enjoyed the property very much. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the sofa bed. It was listed as a sleeping option, but it appeared to be dirty and was horribly uncomfortable. We ended up getting a rollaway bed for our third person. Very much appreciated the hotel accommodating the request. Great view and location!

I loved the view, the staff was very helpful navigating the places to try, what I didn't like was the first night when my female friend was having a drink in your bar was verbally insulted with a disgusting remark in which it got to the point where I was going to get physical, when I brought it to the attention to the main desk on Saturday morning the 24th, the gentleman could only say that they sorry, but have ni way to control who enters the front door, you need to have a room key to use the bathroom, but just any intoxicated person can harass your guests, I never would have thought that something like that would happen in a hotel that I paying 300 dollars a night for my room, that was unacceptable,

Check in staff were rude, told us the wrong check out time & acted like she could care less we were there. When we got to the room, the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly...there was nasty yellow stuff that looks like it ran down the sides of the sink bowl. To pay over $200.00 to sleep there for one night, was absolutely a joke. We won't be making another reservation here again.

The location of this hotel is the key. It is so close to stadiums, parks, market square, etc… The hotel itself is outdated and could use some work. All in all, it was great because of the location.
