I was expecting a decent room since it had 4 stars on google. The toilet and shower had hairs all over. There was a hair on the desk that look like pube hair. No smoke sensor in the room.

Never ever booking quality Inn again!!!!

Room service was not done daily.. bathroom towels were not changed and trash can was not emptied… in the website it says daily room service but it was disappointing to come back to an unclean room with no bathroom towels.. there is no sugar for coffee in room and breakfast options were limited.. I had better experiences with quality inn in Canada, that’s y u have booked this stay in US.. it’s terrible and will not be booking any more quality inns in my life.. also the body lotions tube was empty in the room and they didn’t card to replace it
