Get a receipt that shows paid in full

The only reason it got one star was for the sympathetic housekeeping staff. We have a paid receipt from Hotles.com for 2 rooms for two nights. This hotel keeps charging us for one of the rooms despite giving proof of payment and emails to the manager, who by the way is mysteriously never on site. I had hotels.com get one of the charges reversed only for it to show up the next day. Got that one reversed and upon getting home my credit card company issued a fraud alert as they had submitted another charge for 2 rooms. I acknowledged that these were all fraudulent and am awaiting some kind of final resolution.

Another wonderful weekend

The chicken was easy because I had checked in prior on my cell phone. The front desk was very personable and gave me the information I needed to get to my room. But the room was cold. That's the only thing that I could find wrong with this facility.

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. Accommodations were just fine. Bivek at the desk was very helpful. They also have extended parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. Very convenient. It takes at least a good 10-15 minutes to get to the airport.
