I think the bed had bed bugs. There were little black things all over the bed. And what looked like blood on the sheets. The bathroom and sink hadn’t been cleaned. It was disgustingly unsatisfactory and not worth the money

The actual room was nice, spacious, modern and clean. But that’s where the good ends. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The hotel is filled with transients and homeless seeming people. There was constant yelling matches on my floor that I could hear non stop. On top of that they only had one elevator working and it was super slow. Stay somewhere else. Trust me. You’re welcome.

The hotel was nicely situated off the main road and back aways. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. However the elevators seemed to not be working in the best condition as one seemed to not be operating and the other didn’t come to our floor when the button for it was pressed. The stairwell was not very clean

The hotel overall was good. They advertise a breakfast. We did not see one. They said it was a grab-n-go. We did see 1 coffee pot and a few oatmeal packets. There is no BREAKFAST OFFERED. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, but the bathroom had a massive amount of mold. I think maybe sealing the grout will help.

Balled up hair and dust by the bed, and the shower was dirty with a disposable razor cap and hair in the corner. The building itself smelled terrible of body odor and marijuana. The heat in my room only worked occasionally. The staff was very friendly, and I was too busy to make a big deal of the issues. I only stayed one night for a conference in the area.

I received very poor service from a front desk employee during my stay. One morning I stopped by the front desk and I told the female employee that we need a change of towels for our room. The told me, in a curt manner, that I will need to gather the towels, take them back to the front desk and put them in a large bin next to her. When I brought the towels to the front desk, I asked the employee how she would know where to deliver the towels since I had not yet provided our room number. The employee said "I need to make sure that I get our towels back." The employee then said I can walk with her to where the towels are stored and I can take them back myself or she can walk to the room with me.

Stayed in a suite for a night for a reduced price. Woman who checked me in and out was kind and efficient. Only one elevator was working so that slowed things down. Room was spacious. Hotel could use a deep clean and repairs, and breakfast was ‘we are out of a lot of things’ basically boiled eggs, package oatmeal and some cereal, but overall for the price good value, comfortable bed and quite.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. So absolutely clean and well updated. Comfy and convenient amenities including a hot plate! If not for someone near me that was smoking when they shouldn’t have been, would’ve been a perfect stay. Only other advice, you’ll need your own conditioner; they provide a two-in-one shampoo and soaps.

Awful hotel, nothing premier about it!
The hotel looked abandoned. Carpeting was dirty & not vacuumed. Desk clerk was friendly but not helpful. No carts available to take our luggage in. First room assignment the door was locked from the inside & we were offered no help to get in, although we were assigned a different room. Both rooms were handicap accessible & for hearing impaired guests. Neither of which did i ask for. The elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. The room itself was awful. The arm of the recliner chair was ripped & then taped with clear tape. The beds were sloppily made. No instructions given for the television, pool, fitness center, or breakfast given. The room temperature was either 90 degrees or freezing 54 degrees. We could not get it controlled. Toilet paper holder was missing. Lighting was awful & non-welcoming. Breakfast consisted of coffee that poured like mud & only sweetened "pump style" creamer. There were a few oranges out & a few bags of instant oatmeal, no bowls. The refrigerator had some hardboiled eggs in it but who knows how old they were. No toaster, bagels, sweet rolls, hot tea, just basically nothing. Upon checking out, the desk clerk didnt even ask how our stay was. I will never in a million years stay at this hotel again.

The 4th floor smelled like weed, breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, muffin or breakfast bar, coffee or tea. Only one elevator worked. The room was dirty, the hotel has gone down hill since I stayed 2 years ago. I probably won’t be back.
