Everything was nice except the room.. shower was not cleaned (hair all over the walls) it was a little shocking and made us question what else hadn’t been done. But the staff was very friendly , pool was heated and great, and the little restaurant was good.

The Hyatt did what the Hyatt does best!

As expected, it's the Hyatt! We arrived late at night, and they had already prepared a crib in our room as per my request. So we could go straight to our room and rest comfortably. The only downside was that the breakfast was just okay. But still, the service at Hyatt is amazing! I will definitely stay here again next time.

This property is not what I expected. It’s older than I thought. When we got there the top bedcover had stains on it. Window has dead flies. Soap in the bathroom was open as if someone has been using it. Housekeeping did not clean our room for our entire 3 night stay even though we asked. Breakfast was limited. However staff was very nice and helpful but I wouldn’t stay here again.
