The place is just not well keep.. carpets at the side entrance are filthy the floor boards are lifted like water damage got to it. elevator got stock ,, the key for the room did not work I had to go back to the front desk to reset .. the coffee maker did not work … the drawer where the hair dryer was had long hairs from who knows who ..the coffee at the breakfast area was just horrible.. I had the worst experience at this place ,, I was with my family and it was embarrassing to take them to this hotel

It is a decent hotel and we stayed here before, however this time it didn't go very well. We arrived close to midnight , check-in supposed to be available till 1 AM, however no one was at the desk to do the check-in. We waited and waited and waited. After 30 minutes of waiting, I started to call trying to reach someone who could assist. We already paid for the whole stay, so going to a different hotel wasn't an option. After another 30 minutes on the phone with a supervisor, a guy showed up at the desk, in place of a person who should have been there, and was able to finally give us the keys. Apparently, the person who was supposed to be at the desk, just left early. I suggested that person to be fired, obviously bad for business. Not sure if I will give this hotel another chance.

Was forced to give a 15.00 deposit before getting the room. This was not noted by expedia or the hotel’s website. No microwave in the room. No coffee available. You must make it in your room. No channel guide for tv. No menu guide tv channel. Will not be staying at a Hyatt again.

The staff was nice and the place was ok. Breakfast was horrible and the place was very dirty. For over $400 spent for 2 nights was not worth it. They can do better and clean a little more. It needs help.

My original room door was already open when I entered it. The room key didn't work. I went back to the front and explained what happened and they switched me to another room. Also, the complimentary breakfast didn't look very good.
