Most staff were nice, we got to Pittsburgh earlier then expected we drove all night it was a 24 hour drive, we asked a staff member if she coukd possibly call us if a room would become available early but of course she didn’t call us we were willing to pay extra, so we had to sleep in Walmart parking lot. Check out is at 12 so I’m sure there was a room available before 3

The sheets smelled kind of funky. The bathroom also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well. One thing I really didn’t like was the parking. The cost for parking is actually $26/night. Not $19. Also there are only 30 parking spots available in the garage. The rest of parking gets sent to a nearby lot (which you can actually only pay $10 for, but Hilton chargers you $26). Overall, I was not impressed.

Great location and friendly front desk personnel
Front desk was extremely helpful with nearby restaurants . Room was well appointed, clean & comfortable. Location was convenient to tourist sights e.g. Mt Washington, Point State Park. Yinzer stores nearby to purchase additional Steeler gear and posters for my man cave.

Great location. Friendly Staff. Only complaint was that room was not cleaned each day (stayed for two nights) so toliet paper/klennex was not restocked. Room had a slight musty smell. Otherwise, everything's was great!

Anytime we travel we stay at a Homewood suites and I’ve always loved the one In Columbus Ohio, but this one has exceeded expectations. The staff members especially at the front were all very kind. Any issues I had (which I had none) they were willing to assist me with. Thank you Homewood for being an amazing company! Anytime I come to Pittsburgh I will be staying here! Perfect location!

Our stay was wonderful! Just in town for a Steelers game. Would definitely visit again! Very clean, comfortable, warm welcome, friendly service & great breakfast! Also within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Highly recommend Peace, Love & Little Donuts!
