The only bad thing is…they have 24 hour shuttle service, but it’s very unreliable…both times we had to to Uber or taxi to get back and forth to airport.

Good location for Pittsburgh trip

I had an easy check in. I appreciated that there was some (limited) covered parking since some snow events during my 3 night stay. Breakfast was great on Friday and Saturday, with eggs or omelette, waffles, bacon, sausage. Sunday has a weird meat offering so only could eat waffles. Staff did good at keeping an eye on things. My room was comfortable. The bathroom did not have a door, just a sliding partition. I was alone so that was okay. If someone was with me, there would not be much privac6. I know it's a growing trend for hotels, but it is offputting. Lots of kids running/yelling in halls saturday night. I assume the pool clised and this is what they did. Not much the hotel staff could do, so I didn't call. Parents finally stopped it around 11 pm. Close to mall with some good dinner options. I will definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Relaxing Stay-After Late Cancelled Flight

The hotel is very nice and smelled good when I arrived in the evening. The breakfast was tasty and the free shuttle service from and to the airport was great and convenient. The hotel staff were wonderful. My room was very clean. The dining area was comfortable and reminds me of one you would find in a cute boutique hotel. The only suggestion that I have is—vacuum and clean the carpets in the hallways more. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a scam. Called to make sure they had a 24 hour shuttle like advertised and they said “oh yes of course”. We stayed there one night so we could park for the week and be closer to the airport. We booked the shuttle when we checked in at 7 PM and needed picked up at 3 AM. Shuttle driver did not show and nobody was at the front desk to let me back in the building since the doors were locked and we had left the key to check out. Luckily, we found a maid who said to just call an uber and email the receipt for reimbursement. We got a paper with the email address and nobody answered the email. We arrive back a week later and guess what, the “24 hour” shuttle had ended for the day. The front desk instructed to get an uber or taxi so we took the taxi, and we were told by the driver that this hotel lies about their shuttle all the time. Front desk tells us to email the receipt to the same email address we got no response from before. No response in 2 weeks again. Call the front desk and they say they will contact the person that handles this and get it fixed. No response. Call corporate customer service and they say they cannot reimburse from promises made by a hotel but they will contact the person in charge for a resolution. Another week goes by now, and nobody has done anything or responded. Place is a joke. Hope everyone else does themselves a favor and stays somewhere else, I wouldn’t trust anything this place says or does.
