Staff is amazing Property is good in lobby area restaurant & bar but rooms are dated worn & damaged. Time for makeover. Swap out the mattress and put some sound dampening in too. Sound echos loudly in the corridors and rooms

The property is OK. But when we arrived, which was around 4pm, there was no one at the check in desk. We waited for several minutes ... and we had to call the hotel phone number, then the staff member heard the call and came out: it turned out they was right in the room behind the check-in desk the whole time. They came out, realizing that we were there, probably for a while; but they did not apologize. It was awkward because I was visibly not happy, but the staff member just pretended that they didn't see. I didn't want to mention the several mins waiting time because I was tired and just wanted to go to the room. I don't think it is too much to ask for the hotel to have someone at the check in desk right in the afternoon. I have stayed at several Hampton Inn ... this is the worst experience. The room is small, but clean and OK though.

Sleepless night.

Generator or something just outside our window (Room 226) kept going off every few minutes, caused the room the vibrate, and kept us up all night. We also had a neighbor who's dogs kept barking throughout the night. Poor accommodations.
