Big bucks to stay here. Weirdest layout I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Do not pre-pay for your parking, you get a better deal just paying at the parking garage there… which is across the street from the hotel and that sucks. PPG ARENA is about a 20-25mn walk away- it’s close, but not as close as I thought. Breakfast was good and staff are as well. I could stay here again, but I would loook for a different place next time.

Don’t pay for upgrades.

The hotel was fine. When I booked I prepaid for a hot breakfast for 2 both days, except they didn’t actually serve a hot breakfast while we were there. They set out some free bagels but there wasn’t even a toaster. They said they would refund me the $60 and didn’t. I was supposed to have a city view but the view was mostly just parking garage. Other than that, the room was fine and the location was convenient. Parking was across the street but an easy walk.

Great Weekend Stay! No Complaints!

The EVEN Hotel definitely met our expectations! This was our first stay with them in Pittsburgh, we have stayed at another hotel for the last few years but wanted something a bit closer to PPG. The walk to the stadium was simple and there is so many options within walking distance to the hotel. We did choose to walk to the strip with honestly only took us about 20 minutes. We would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!! The staff at this hotel were all very friendly and welcoming!!

Great Stay

I was in town for the International Association of Blacks in Dance Conference this hotel was an amazing hotel to stay in. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Everything was good. Location great for downtown activities. Parking across the street was convenient and not too pricey. Bummer on no breakfast included, not even free coffee. Left something in the room and wasn't notified after check out.

Very modern hotel with lots of amenities. Cool bar and food area. Loved the ping pong table room!! Didn’t love the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway on the 5th floor.

I liked that there was fitness equipment in the room and open space. A nice desk area. 1st night stay was good. The second night was awful. I had to contact front desk to send security. Issue wasn’t resolved and went on for hours. My kid and I didn’t sleep. Around 3am awakened startled by loud screaming of a woman in room beside me. I messaged the front desk at 3:39. They responded at 3:47am that they were sending security. I never heard security arrive and it is now 4:18am and there is still loud banging, stomping, yelling. Screaming the “f” word. Now 2 female voices and one girl escalating. I have a child who was hearing all this. Impossible to sleep. Started recording sounds on phone. Asked front desk next morning and they weren’t very helpful. Parking was supposed to be $29 per night - I was charge $68! Also, the hold per night was supposed to be $50 but they put a $200 hold on my card. I’ve never had an experience this bad before.
