Very nice hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good; however, it should be considering the cost for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids exceeded $60 that was added to the room. Easy, convenient drive to the airport and other restaurant and shopping options.

Staff were okay but the facility is outdated and unclean. They never came to clean our room for 3 nights. I left an item in the room realizing 30 minutes after I checked out, I called front desk informed them and I was told I’ll get a call back if they found it which they didn't call back butI’m sure they found my stuff and decided to keep it. We’ll never return to this premises again!

They placed us in a room that they admitted to KNOWING that the air conditioning didn’t work… we sweated through a few hours and asked to have it fixed… after bumbling about they switched rooms for one that the AC did work…( after it was late and we needed the sleep) then when we asked for a wake up call … nothing. Not a happy customer for sure. When a place costs you would think that they would take the trouble to know their own rooms… not cool
