Excellent spot for walking to PPG - Go Pens! Loved the design of the main area with records, books, and coffee. Roof top was awesome too! Cozy, clean rooms perfect for a weekend. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Will stay again!

Lovely stay

I stayed for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed with the property and the staff. I had a late flight home and I was given a late checkout complimentary which I really appreciated, the front desk staff were all so courteous and friendly it really made me feel welcome when i spoke to them. The roof top terrace was a lovely feature I used on two separate occasions and the lobby was well designed and spacious. The room was very generously sized for a king sized bed and the bathroom had all the amenities I needed. I came to Pittsburgh for the Ice Hockey and the hotel was in perfect walking distance to the arena. I couldn’t have been happier during my stay and will more then likely return to the hotel when I visit the city again in the future.

Great value in the downtown Pgh area! Super comfortable bed, no street noise on 6th floor. Walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants, PPG Paints Arena. Multiple self parking options nearby. Did not try the restaurant so no comment there.

Attention needed in shower

I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff, unfortunately this morning when I went to step in the shower, it was so incredibly slippery. Both feet went right out from under me and I fell backwards. I hit the bathroom floor hard after trying to catch myself on the way down, scratching up my left arm and my right side of my butt and strained significantly behind my right shoulder blade. I stopped at the front desk to let them know this had happened because I discovered there are no anti-slip grip strips on the floor of the shower. That was the first thing the Front Desk girl asked, and I showed her a picture of the shower for which does not have those. Definitely need to make a change here as I was lucky to not have been injured further.
