The property is somewhat small, it is hard to walk around the property because there is no space. There was no gym, it was closed for reno. It is well-connected; it is easy to get to places from there. The staff was really good, we asked for more towels we got them, the tub was not draining properly, we got it fixed the next day. The breakfast was really good; the young lady who took care of it was phenomenal; I asked to get the breakfast without seasoning, and she immediately worked her magic to get me a plain meal. I will come back to stay here anytime.

Outdated hotel with Musty Rooms
We've stayed here a couple years ago and we so satisfied with that stay that we booked it again. What a difference a few years made! New management? The hotel is past its expiration date. The room was outdated and did not seem to have been cleaned for months. It smelled musty and the AC left the room damp and dank. There is no daily cleaning service if you stay less than three days unless you request it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our requests, but the hotel is one step up from a fleabag. We will not stay there again. There are other options available in the area. not sta

What a nightmare. The hallways smell like nothing but weed. The check in was poor. I picked to pay at hotel. The general manager’s brother was working and it was his first day. He knew nothing!! He did not give me WiFi information, he said they did not have any complementary toiletries and he double charged my credit card!!!! The next morning, I tried to get it cleared up. I asked to pay with a different card at check out. They ended up charging both of my cards!!! Then they refunded the wrong card!, 5 days later!!! I called and spoke with the general manager, Farhand. I asked to be refunded on the card that was not authorized, he said he would have to talk to his staff Champale and call me back Thursday. No call. No credit. These problems were definitely not worth the stay at this place.

I booked a room with two beds and they gave me one with one bed, which I had to accept because they told me they couldn't do anything. When they checked the house, the sheets were dirty and they hadn't changed the sheets. It was unpleasant. They changed the sheets because they couldn't give him another room because there weren't any more. My children and I couldn't sleep because I don't know what insect the bed had, but they bit us all night. A horrible experience.

Staff was friendly but the lobby reeked of cigarette. Once to our room our room smelled like weed and the one bed was visibly dirty. The whole place was grimy feeling and as a solo woman traveling with an infant I felt uneasy.

Everything was fine-clean, comfortable and friendly. The hallways are a bit shabby and the elevator made jarring noise. The room and the people were lovely. I had to ask for coffee and the tissue holder was empty. No big problem. A nice reasonable rate and a nice stay.
