The room was clean, but some of the furniture was dated. They offered 24 hour coffee, but the first day they ran out of regular and only had decaf for the remainder of my stay. IMHO the carpets in the hallway and stairs needed cleaning.

Nicely furnished and designed rooms. Bed was comfortable. Workout room was nicer than most other hotels of this size. Wifi was a little slow. Loved having a full sized fridge.

The only thing was that this is really set up for cars. That being said, there was a restaurant and a Target within walking distance, with the kitchenette, worked out pretty good.

Extremely bare bones, the front desk was not helpful, room was supposedly non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smell the entire time I was there. No elevators and I was on the third floor so I had to hull my luggage and everything up and down three flights of stairs. People were loud at all hours of the night. Not someplace I would ever stay again or recommend to anymore.

Disappointed cause I really liked the hotel. Nice location near everything. The room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately if you’re traveling and trying to sleep in at all don’t stay here. At 7 am people are slamming doors cause they are leaving to catch early flights and then 7:45/8 the maids start and are louddddd. I ended up leaving at 9 and had to drive 8 hours home tired.

Positive: close to airport, clean, decent hotel. Negative: when I called for airport shuttle, receptionist said he’s only sending if I was at door 8 when calling as idk the shuttle was seconds away. I waited 35 minutes. At checkin I was told, “Unfortunately since you are one of my last checkins and we are booked, I’ve put you in one of our least desirable rooms.” Why would you say that to a guest? Even if it’s true. it was steps away from front desk and it was noisy. Both ways Hotel Express drivers drove way too fast. This morning back to airport the other passengers and I were looking at each other in shock at how fast and erratic the driving was.
