One of my rooms didn't have an operating shower for the first 2 days, Room 321 ( the shower could not shut off, ran for the entire 2 days ) for $ 1,300 for the room I would think the first night at least should be removed from the bill Restaurant was hardly ever open for food,

The hotel in general was nice. The staff was great. My only issue was my room. Couple stains on the floor, bathroom floor was a little sticky, the pull out bed definitely hadnt been cleaned recently. However, when i said my concerns, the staff was very quick to respond.

The staff was all very friendly. Room was a nice size . Bartender/ breakfast waitress very sweet and nice to talk to. Right by the stadium. Room was nice size . Only thing I would say is invest in some carpet cleaning services . My carpets in the room had stains all over and I left my shoes on. Other then that the overall cleaning was good.

Like the property being right next to PPG Arena. I don’t think you should be charged to park in their lot if you are staying there. Power went out at 11pm until 4:30am. Pitch black. Couldn’t do anything or even watch TV. Disappointing ending to our stay in the Burgh. No apologies or discount offered.

Had a great stay. The convenience of having PPG Arena literally right beside us was great. There’s also a pizza place, Pizza Milano just down the street which was amazing. The power in the hotel went out which was crazy bc ppl were getting mad but it felt like an adventure
