Sheets were either stained or dirty. Staff brought clean bedding quickly. Walls in the bathroom needed cleaned. Back of door had location or something more nefarious on it. Beds were comfortable.

It seemed that the hotel was being cheap, this might sound strange there were no tissues in the main room you had to get up and go into the bathroom in order to get a tissue.

No clue how they have a high rating

Had an issue with our room key/lock the first night so then went down and got another since was apparently the solution. Next day we came back to put our toddler down for a nap in between tournament games, and same issue. Went down 3 times and still wouldnt work. Finally the front desk person came up and saw that it wasnt something we were making up. Over an hour and they finally figured out the battery needed changed. We were late for our game and my wife and son had to stay behind. We got nothing more than a ya we dont know when locks go bad. Wall paper peeling off in spots, awful mattresses, and the breakfast was poor. Bathroom in the room showed a lot of dirt and the shampoo was empty and not refilled in between nights.

Very nice stay at Best Western Cranberry

Very clean newish hotel. The king suite room was large and the bed very comfy. Very quiet location. The included breakfast was adequate but definitely better earlier rather than later. There is an awesome coffee machine in the lobby available 24 hours free. Check in person, Kerri, was very pleasant and helpful.

I’ve stayed there 3-4 times before and enjoyed it. But: Ok, Room 610: found no shampoo in dispenser. Ice maker on floor not working. Crumbs under the foot stool, not from our use. Coffee Bar: found cleaning issues between coffee maker stand and stand in left of, hasn’t been cleaned in “years”. Ice maker issue: went to front desk told maker wasn’t working, told that ice was available on 2 & 4 floors. No apologize, I’ll let someone know, nothing just went back to her work, she wasn’t busy.

Beauty we didn’t know about perfect location

The hotel front desk Geraldine were welcoming pleasant efficient and knowledgeable, our room was perfect quiet So clean and liked having the keurig in the room. Breakfast was hot lots of choices very tasty and location was perfect to access I79 getting back on. Lots of restaurants close by to eat dinner at

Very good Hotel

The place was good. Very clean. The front desk person was super great, and very nice. My only issue is that there were kids running around the hallways until midnight making a lot of noise.
