Spa, Very Cloudy, Pool Cold, . Could Not Use the Spa, as it looked Dirty and Cloudy, it was one of the perks, we were looking forward to doing at this property. Pictures of the property, don't match, .. Also, Floor in Shower Area, Very Slippery, when getting out of the shower, Almost fell, down a couple of times. The property is remodeling, would be nice if there was a sign on where the light switches are located, to turn on the main lights in the room. Manager was very courteous and helpful, also All the Employees, were very Nice..Main Office area, is old , and Dingy, Needs upgraded. Staff at front desk, had paint on clothes, as they looked like , Maintenance Personnel.

To be able to make use of the King room that we reserved, the handicapped person would have to climb the stairs with a walker as there is no elevator. VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT!

The first thing is that the place was so noisy that nobody could get any sleep. Second was that our reservation was totally screwed up, a handicap person in a room with absolutely no counter space to put anything not even in the bathroom. Asked for a King room and was given a room with 2 queens with no walk around room. Third is that there were only two outlets for the room and they were not located in good areas for a person with C-Pap. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Won’t be staying there again.

They have rooms with jetted tubs next to the bed. Thats a huge plus if u wanna kick back and watch a movie in the tub. Plus a gas fireplace for the cold season.

Checked it and got my room key, went to the room and it wasn’t even cleaned yet. Apparently lots of morning turnovers and no communication between staff so I had to wait an hour for room to be cleaned. Walls are very thin and the room next to mine was listing to very loud music half the night and people loudly running down the hallways. The front desk service is probably the only good thing about this hotel. Probably wouldn’t come back, but it worked for an overnight.

I feel very disappointed in this stay we thought the location was great the look and feel of it was great, We got to check in early no fees and the staff was nice. We checked in put our things in the room and was gone for the rest of the night till about 11pm. We got settled and ready for bed it was midnight, Then the noise started it was so loud it sounded like they were in our room parting. They were yelling trying to rap "" slamming doors in and out the room music was so loud it went on till about 7am, It was absolutely ridiculous. I was going to text the number that was provided in case we needed anything but after reading the reviews sounds like it was just going to cause us problems i did not want to get kicked out in the middle of the night or something to happen to us or our vehicle. I would not recommend this place which is unfortunate because other then that it seemed like it would have been a good place to return in the future. Im super surprised there is no noise ordinance because i know we were not the only ones that had that problem.
