1. I found that the breakfast was hastily prepared with excessive watery eggs, overcooked sausage, bacon, old pastries, no juice, no serving utensils. Tongs are unacceptable utensils to serve eggs. Cooks unengaged with the guests and walking around or playing with their cell phone on duty. 2. There were guests who blocked parking spots cross ways taking up four parking spots each night that I was there. I came back to this location because of the exceptional experience that I experienced the first time I came to Pine Bluff a year or two earlier. What a difference a year makes!

No my best. Dog in room next to me barking and a bug in bathroom floor Hotel have always been good to me when in area .i hope this Hotel management team is not fallen a good locational hotel .
