Small items, shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, limited room supplies ie cups, shampoo, soap... Great location. Room was overall clean, desk girl was very nice and accomodating. Overall not the worst I've experienced. I would rate it as just slightly above average.

Ac was not working when we entered the room. Had to wait another hour for it to be fixed.( it got fixed though) Already 8pm. The pool was tiny and not clean. Breakfast was a joke. Cheaper stay. Thats about it.

Not worth it

Charged us extra to check in 30 min early . Pool was dirty, no breakfast in morning . Only on weekends bed were hard. Water pressure is poor . Would not recommend this place . Price it not worth it .

What a disappointing place. When I checked in, I was read a list of dos and don'ts for the hotel. Never had that happen before and found it strange. First room was unmade made when we got there. Filthy, stained mattress and mattress covers were in plain sight. Next we got a room with leaking sink in bathroom. No glasses, cups, or shampoo, 1 small bar of soap. Asked for sheets for pull out bed, but no one ever brought them. Indoor swimming pool was too dirty to use. The #1 reason we booked here was to use the pool, so this was a huge disappointment. The hotel also advertised free breakfast, but there was none.

It was horrible. When we arrived the front desk worker was asleep on the couch. The bathroom was gross. No linens for the pull out couch. When we did pull it out it was so gross looking we didn’t even let our kid sleep on it. There was no breakfast cooked the next morning. The floors were dirty. Just not a good stay at all. Very different than the pictures online.

The room was not only dirty, but included a non functional shower and a television that wouldn't turn on. The owner/manager was no help. We cancelled our 4 day stay an hour after arriving and went down the street. Absolutely would not recommend staying.

I checked out early because of this and manager would not give me a bill and charged me for 2 extra nights after I told him about all above, this was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life and manager would not listen to me at all

Will not go back

Room was dirty. Sink was broke. Mountain view was nice until the sun went down and the parking lot light blasted threw your window so you couldnt even enjoy the view. I will never stay here again. 216.00 was way to much for this hole. I looked forward to swimming until i seen the pool. Nevermind!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

No soap,no shampoo,no trash can in bathroom, had to go down stairs twice because remote for tv wouldn’t work went through 3 different controllers and still didn’t work, couldn’t call front desk because there wasn’t even a cord for the phone from the wall to the phone, their breakfast was eggs and sausage links no bread no cereal no fruit, kids running upstairs until like 1a.m. , pool outside was green with trash in it, the only thing good about this place, was the price and at least the beds were clean

Also was told when i checked in it would be a $35 per room refundable deposit(had 2 rooms) and never had my $70 refunded and nobody answers calls or messages about it! Would not go there again

To start out with got to are room and temperature was chill went to turn on heat and it didn’t work so I picked up phone and the phone cord wouldn’t stay in receiver so that didn’t work so I went to desk no one there waited 5-10 mins someone showed up said she would check breaker so wasn’t that then came to room got it unplugged then couldn’t get it back in the plug so I plugged it up long story but finally we got heat it was 48 degrees
