Clean and fresh with special touches like a sound machine and plenty of outlets to charge all of our electronics. Numerous, usable, thematic outdoor amenities. Anyone would love this new hotel, and for anyone who is a Jimmy Buffett fan, you’ll be happy to be living the Margaritaville lifestyle!

Brand new hotel in Pigeon Forge. Property is lovely. Staff was friendly. They have a wonderful fire pit to enjoy on cool nights. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. We went during December, and did not use the pool but the out door pools looked really nice. Highly recommend this property.

Hotel is new and clean. Front desk staff is very friendly. They also have a full breakfast buffet for the whole family and sitting wasn’t an issue. Very good deal for the money we spent staying there.

The hotel itself had nice decor and was very clean and new-feeling. The staff onsite was friendly and helpful. I searched for pet-friendly properties on Expedia, but I don't think there is an easy way to actually book a pet friendly room on this platform. I had to call the hotel directly to ensure a pet friendly booking. Please be aware that although Compass is pet friendly, they charge $100 non refundable PER dog, so when I brought my two pups thinking it would be more streamlined than lining up a petsitter, it ended up costing me over 3x as much to have them there for a one night stay. I wouldn't protest that too much except for the fact that there is no designated potty area and the only grass on the property is directly in front of the building, and in the mornings everyone in the dining area having breakfast has a widescreen view of your dogs pooping. When I tried to take them more around the edges of the property, I was met with layers and layers of embedded garbage on every property line, which I found pretty offputting. If I had reason to go back to the area, I would probably stay again but never again with the dogs.

The hotel is beautiful the amenities were top tier however we won’t be back because our first stay was so bad. First as soon as we got there we were greeted by the most hateful check in I think I’ve ever done. We didn’t arrive until 9 and she was mad we were checking in. “Late” I wasn’t aware we had to be checked in by a certain time. We had just traveled 6 hours with 7 kids. Then she had an issue with my daughters service dog (a doodle) when the hotel was supposed to be “dog friendly” making the comment “ the dog should be fully trained so I shouldn’t have any problems with the dog and staff” I was so upset after we finally got checked in we didn’t even enjoy our stay and kicked off our week long vacation to a rough start. We were not told about any of the amenities including breakfast. It was just overall an experience you would expect from a much lower quality hotel not one like this.

Everything was very clean, the facilities were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast they offer is quite complete. I would have liked a more complete room service than just collecting trash, but I was very satisfied with my stay at that hotel! I would recommend it 100%
