We checked in and Alex was great, He went above and beyond. He thought we had a room over the pool, which has live music on Fri and Sat nights. He had nowhere to put us on Thursday but figured out how to move us so we would have a non-pool room on Fri and Sat. Turns out we had a non-pool room. Then my friend got sick on Sat and Wizard went out of his way to get Pepto for them. We will defiantly be back. Also the location and room were super nice. We visited the one in Gatlinburg and found the Compass one much nicer for less money.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our king bed was terrible. One of the most uncomfortable we have had. Breakfast was not as advertised in room. No fresh scrambled eggs and the huge waffle bar was non existent. Lady at breakfast said we would have to go to Marriott for that!

Brand new property. Exceptionally clean. Nightstand with USB and Apple charging ports on both sides of the bed. Large shower with 2 shower heads. Balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs. Really nice pool area, slide, and lazy river. Resort fee of $15 per day; collected at check-in. Free breakfast! Including bacon, sausage, pancakes, pre-made egg omelets, cut up fruit salad, pastries, cereal. Something for everyone. Avoid 9:15-9:45 am busy time. 5 o’clock Somewhere restaurant has indoor/outdoor seating. Pub food. Very good. Gorilla Taco is also right beside resort. We did not go there, but it’s an easy walk.

Loved the rainfall shower and shampoo, conditioner, body wash,& lotion were some of the best products I have ever used. Left my skin so soft and my hair was not tangled and beautiful. The staff at the breakfast bar were great they went above & beyond to refill my coffee. I love this place pools, bar, fruit infused water, everything was great.Enjoyed my vacation Immensely.
