I am needing to cancel this room. It is too small and stinks so please refund the thanks we did not stay at the inn because it stink so bad the bed was not clean we will not ever book it again

The hotel was a little old and needs some fixing up but it was in a good location and the check in was fast and the clerk was very friendly and if you going to spend a couple of days in pigeon forge it is just fine

My whole experience suckered, you can tell the ownership doesn't care about the clients they are like slum lords, my wife didn't even take a shower there its that bad.

This motel is completely trash! They rent the bottom floor out. The floor and walls were dirty. The room smelled. The ceiling was leaking. When we came in the sink was dirty. We lifted the sheet and the bed was dirty. Needless to say we had to check out it was so bad!

The room was ok. There was greasy hand prints on the bed headboard. We seen at least 7 roach bugs crawling on the wall. I told the front office. The pool was green.
