The staff at the front desk was very rude. I was not informed that the airport shuttle only operates at certain times for the return trip to the airport. Also there is a $15 USD minimum to purchase snacks - I was not informed of this prior to my stay either. These things NEED to be included on your website and on Expedia.com.

While staff was great, the property needed much work. There were water leaks in the room and hallway. The rooms smelled old and dusty, needed a paint job and tiles were falling out of the pool. The seating next to the pool was not clean or looked inviting and parking was not good. Could also do with a better road to the entrance. Overall, I’ll give this establishment a 3/5 and that is only because staff was kind and very helpful. Will not return.

This place was a good value. 2 minute drive to the airport. Free airport shuttle. My room was very clean. They were super accommodating when I arrived early, and let me know when my room was ready. The pool is lovely. Lots of construction at the moment as they make improvements. Walking distance to a couple of mini marts and some food tents.

Worst stay ever

Started off with a free shuttle to hotel which was messed up but didnt mind much as I was tired. Got to the hotel and checked and was directed to a room. My immediate thought was that the room was insecure as the door looked like it was fitted by a blind person with no hands. On entering the room I felt as though I was in a jail cell. No windows, wires hanging out the wall, a rotten cupboard and another Stevie Wonder door. On enquiry about the state of the room infound out that they advertise what is known as the deluxe room but actually place you in that dungeon looking room. At that point there was not much could do. The Ac worked so that was a bonus. The lady on reception was very apologetic so thank you but i will not recommend anyone staying there unless theres no other choice
