Traveled with group, Traveled with family
Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Booked 3 rooms and the rooms were not ready upon arrival. Had to wait till 9:30PM and still not ready. Had to ask the staff to stop the work and continue next day so we can at least sleep in room.
