You only get what you pay for

The hotel is down a side street not far from Bangla but wasn't noisy . Turned up at 2 to check in but room wasn't ready until gone 4. Room small and smell like damp . Bed sheets were clean but the duvet inside didn't fit and was stained and dirty . The towels didn't smell fresh . Cockroach in room not really acceptable even in hot climate not was the rat running around in reception area hiding under a sofa ! The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the web site and must have been 20 years or more ago. Unless you are desperate ... I wouldn't stay here.

Check in at Patong Buri Hotel, the staff said upgrade and took me to the opposite building, named MU-DEN PATONG HOTEL, everything is different to Patong Buri Hotel, so I can' shared anything about Patong Buri Hotel.

1 star hotel,needs lot of work.

moved into 9th.floor in trio room,billions of ants everywhere,room maid gave us a can of surface spray! went to big c & got some bayer hard stuff & used this at least twice a day to keep the bugs at bay,we never had a day without ants,they were living in the wood that covers a lot of the walls,so we were hoping the wood did not collapse.room maids did very little & even after a few strokes of mop we still had food marks on floors.the best were jenny on reception a very nice lady & a beaut cook lady,we had a lot of room service meals that were excellant & the delivery crew were excellant.hotel gets noisy as visitors can do what they want it seems.owner & his son stay at hotel & son was extremely noisy after we moved to 7th floor,due to 2 windows pouring with water-cud be rain or pool firectly above leaking.t.v. is totally pathetic with just 4 or maybe 5 channels,so all we watched was muay thai boxing.on 3rd day a massive elec blowout in patong so no lift & no way cud i get up all those stairs so was over 3 hour wait.all over the hotel things had been er whats a kind word to use,well money had been spent on some areas but were all badly finished,so called new bathrooms had some nice tiles but grout stains everywhere & tiles out of sinc.makes me think the owner & son may have thrown down the work instead of paying an expert to do the job properly. they wont like my review but be honest guys the place needs some real money spending on it.jungceylon is close by.1 star hotel.

Super noisy and dirty

Found food in the kettle , toilet flood, no hair dryer,very noisy.we stay 4 nights have to request water Everyday , hanging the room cleaning sign but never clean up . Ask from the front desk for room cleaning find out they didn’t change the bed sheet . Will never ever come back again .

Nice hotel but no deckchairs or sleep

Nice and clean hotel, we was given stained/smelly towels 2 out of 3 times which is unacceptable, there’s no deckchairs at the pool which is poor and (obviously not the hotels fault) but the bar next door has music on exceptionally loud until 8 (YES 8) am and you can’t sleep, lovely hotel but I would not stop again.
