My recent stay at SAii Laguna Phuket was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled between the serene Bang Tao Beach and a picturesque lagoon, this resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. Room and View: Our hotel room was beautifully designed, offering a stunning view of the lagoon. Waking up to such a serene landscape was truly a highlight of our stay. Fitness Classes: The morning fitness classes were a fantastic way to start the day. The instructors were professional and motivating, making the sessions both enjoyable and invigorating. Breakfast: The breakfast at SAii Laguna Phuket was outstanding. With a wide variety of delicious options, it catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. A Perfect Stay with Our Little Explorer We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with our 1.5-year-old baby boy, who is at that magical age of exploring everything around him. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were not only professional and helpful but also genuinely warm and kind, making us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and designed with both comfort and elegance in mind. The food was absolutely fabulous, offering a perfect balance of quality, variety, and flavor. But beyond the great facilities and amazing dining experience, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference, especially when traveling with a little one. They welcomed our son with open arms, always greeting him with a smile and making sure he was happy and comfortable. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel cared for. Excellent hotel! The only downside for me was the windsurfing. It was mentioned as an included activity, however they only had one board and one rig, both of which were worn out and were not a suitable size (giant beginner board and a 5.5m sail with no harness).

Service was very average and not what I would expect from a premium hotel in Asia. The sun loungers we reserved very early by guest for often never bothered to turn up. Top hotels don’t allow this On the positive side the hotel is well located on a beautiful part of the beach

Saii Phuket was a lovely, calm place to stay with our young family. It felt clean, contemporary and fresh, reflecting its recent renovations. Staff uniformly and genuinely go out of their way to accommodate and are a pleasure to be around. We all loved the buffet breakfast and pool.
