We requested a room with a double bed but we got twin beds instead without any apology or effort to make us feel happy to stay. The staff did not smile at all during our stay. However, they had a nice swimming pool and were not far from the center.

Very good

It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was nice and helpful. Good coffee place just around the corner and Hash burger nearby. Only downside would be the walk alond sewers to get to the beach. But it's the case for all hotels in the area. The mattress was a bit hard for me. The room was super clean

Great smaller hotel to stay at on a budget. Everything was clean and in good condition. Well located in the heart of Kata but maybe 250m off and behind the main road so pretty peaceful. Pool is not huge but sufficient for the number of guests and never felt cramped. Bike hire and laundry services available. I'd use again if I were to ever return

We arrived very late at the hotel it wasn’t so easy to find, when we arrived the one I booked wasn’t that one I expected from the photo..staff must know even quieter in English. For me it should be a must. But they were still trying to explain well some of we don’t understand..I didn’t enjoyed much the pool..quite place it’s good only to those who really wanted to relax and choose to stay inside the room the whole day...only I felt amazing in Phuket was our trip to Phi phi island.. hotel is 15 mins walk through the beach.. restaurants market and some fresh fruit stand are very near to those who are fruit lovers..night market. Accessible to everything except bar I never experienced...but hotel is cheap and everything is very cheap...

Tucked away but not far from restaurants and shops. About 10 mins walk from kata beach. Would stay again!

I am not complaining.

The hotel is reasonable but prices of drinks are double as from a nearby resort. The women in charg her attitude can be much better. I have booked a room with two single beds.They send my the confirmation with a double bed. So I mail the to tell them that they have a mistake so they can chang it. We arrived very tired and when I told her if the room is with 2 single beds she insisted that it was my mistake. The next thing she told me that I need her help and it is important to be nice to her. I think that's a very unfriendly attitude.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms could have been cleaner and the air conditioner was full of mold, visible from the outside so we did not use it which made the nights a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was great and the pool was clean and relaxing. For the price and the friendly service would definitely stay again.

Very Good hotel

Very nice hotel, the room are big and nicely decorated!! The staff is very nice and helpful!! Very cheap price for what you get and very close (5min walk) to the Kata beach!!

Nice hotel in a quiet area

Enjoyed a pleasant 2 week stay at this hotel.Our room had everything we needed - fridge, AC, kettle, hairdryer and inroom safe. There was a small pool but quite adequate for the size of the hotel. It also has a very nice restaurant where we enjoyed some lovely food. All the staff were very friendly especially the owner and his wife.

Room was ok. Staff was great and very helpful. Only issue was air on took a while to get cool. May things can walk to from hotel. If planning on doing boat trips it is a far transport to the boats.

Nice Hotel

We stayed here for a couple of nights and really liked our stay. It is very close to the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. are just around the corner. The owner was very friendly and it was nice to see that this is a family run hotel, where everyone prepares breakfast for their customers in the morning.
