We had a wonderful time. The hotel and the rooms were super clean, the staff very friendly. Super clean beach with white sand, with beach loungers and towels. Multiple dining options on the beach and in the hotel.

Service across the board was great. We love Franky! Breakfast buffet was good. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the drinks were very weak pours. Nowhere close to the standard 44ml (1 1/2 oz) so the drinks all taste like mocktails.

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered.
