BEST PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS AND TOP-NOTCH SERVICE!! We travel quite a bit and have stayed at some wonderful accommodations. However, I can’t think of one accommodation that impressed us with a sincere desire to provide the best experience for their customers more than Bandera Villas in Phuket. Get ready to be dazzled by the ultimate oceanfront experience, complete with jaw-dropping views and service that redefines excellence! Our time here has been nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like part of the family. Their service is truly world-class, with a level of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that’s hard to match. They always greeted you with a smile. Every team member, from Kimmy for facilitating to Excel for executing, Jenny, Nannie, Meyou, Korn, Chine, Bee, and the entire support staff (some names we weren’t able to get), played a crucial role in making our stay and my birthday celebration unforgettable. They surprised me with a cake and even sang me a birthday song. I was so surprised and appreciated every minute of it. We loved the panoramic ocean views, the daily buffet with food to order, the daily restocking of the mini refrigerator with sodas, juice, and sparkling water. They also restock your basket of snacks, pastries, and fruits daily. Bottled water are complimentary which was so convenient because the villas are in a remote quieter area away from the grocery stores and the hustle and bustle. Best!

Amazing stay! Room service went above and beyond and were there to help whenever we needed. Kimberly and Jenny at the front desk gave us the best service and made sure our honeymoon experience was perfect!! Thank you to everyone that worked during our stay Nov. 19-21, to the bellhop that helped with our luggage, to the cooks and waitresses at the restaurant, the bartender by the pool, and the water activity worker who helped us with the paddle boards. The staff was amazing and knew the guests by name. Korn went above and beyond to assist in getting a box for us to package a purchased item for our trip home. The daily fresh fruit delivered to the room and fresh squeezed juice at breakfast were both nice. The kayaks were great for a quick ocean adventure. The tour desk assisted in arranging tours, massages, and a private driver. We also enjoyed just staying at the resort and relaxing.

We stayed at the resort for our honeymoon trip and had the best experiences ever! The view from our room was amazing, room was cute and spacious. We also booked some activities within the resort to relax and wind-down after the hectic wedding (thai boxing class, batik painting, paddle boarding, romantic dinner and spa) - everything was nice and fun, you will find a good selection of things to do here, which is perfect for a relaxing trip. And having a pool right in your room was soooo nice - a thing you never knew you need haha. Although, the resort was a bit far from the center of the city (where the night markets were), so i would advise planning your trip carefully so you wouldn’t have to go multiple long rides.
