Very nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. Amazing restaurants, pools and games room and delicious buffet breakfast. All staff were very friendly and polite but specially: Risma at Vista restaurant and Matt at the lobby went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, Thailand.

I’m posting a longer review on another well know platform, but this resort really needs a makeover more than I do. We got one of the more expensive plunge pool villas and the retrofitted walking by the pool made it feel like a rather luxurious prison cell, held together primarily with silicone sealant. I get that hotels by the tropical sea are difficult to maintain, but I kind of hoped for the price we paid it would have looked a bit prettier than this.

Room facilities are old, not good at location

The location is not good, and the frequency of shuttle bus to Patong beach is not good enough. Although nearby have 7-11 and restaurant, but it’s not convenient. The room is okay and air-condition is cool enough, but the bath is draining not fast as usual, sink also clogged. Pools are good and clean, breakfast is so so, not good as expected.
