The hotel is extremely run down. I had to ask to move rooms as my bathroom kept flooding with the toilet. The shower in my second room hardly worked and flooded out over the bath. The towels were stained and the wallpaper was falling off the walls. Location wise it's close to Patong Beach and about 20 minutes walk to Bangla Road. The only positives the hotel had.

When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days.

This hotel is located on one end of Patong Beach, away from all the noise and traffic. Many good eating places around. Checking in was a breeze and the breakfast every morning was good standard fare. The room was good size and standard decor. The only complain would be that the bathroom was not properly cleaned and maintained.Maybe it is getting old now.

The beautician massuer next door was the highlight of the property the bonus. The chef cooking pork was very sad. From my point of view to ask a muslim to touch pork is disgusting and then to ask him to cook it and make it delicious is obscene and impossible. Bar staff impeccable and impossible to fault. Central family hotel to stay and definitely past its " best before date " hardest beds ive had the misfortune to sleep on. Shabby linen as in holey and thin. Water dripped from air conditioner onto 2nd bed.No microwave. Scourer is needed to.clean inside of hot water jug!!

This hotel is not what is described in the web page. The pictures are truly glorified editions and totally misleading. We arrived at the hotel and even during the check in process, it kind of hit me that this is not going to work at all. Once we got into our room, we were absolutely convinced this is something which will not work for sure: the bathroom shower had no curtain and it was dirty; we saw bugs in the floor; the curtain was filled with dust. This would truly been a health hazard and a total disaster to our vacation. We immediately went downstairs and explained our situation but was informed that unfortunately they cannot do anything as it was booked via Expedia. As a reactive approach, we booked another hotel. Since we were in international territory and in a non-metropolitan area, we determined that the safest approach would be to check in to a hotel where we would feel safe/secure and actually enjoy our stay.

thwere was terrible night for no power in the night for 4~5 hours in the strong rain. it was extreamly hot in the room without airconditioner. During thet time with opening the window to the outside , there were many insects came in the room.

Nice hotel, great fin

Pleasant surprise to find this hotel right in the heart of things but set back from the road so that the was no traffic noise. Very short walk to the beach and all the restaurants, with a great rooftop area to watch the sunset over the water.

Poorly run but close to beach.

The Hotel is well located and quite for being so close to the beach however.....we booked a room that was to have a King bed with a fold out couch. We got a king bed with a dirty fold out cot. The water went from scolding hot to freezing cold no matter what you did. There was ants everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and over priced. The massage lady was great and the roof top had a great view. The staff was nice enough but with all the wrongs they never even asked how our stay was cause they likely know what the response would be. There are much nicer places for the same money in similar areas.
