Great alternative to an Air B&B if travelling as a couple. Nice to have the full size kitchen and living room. The furnishings are dated but still in generally good condition. Would stay here again without hesitation. Only issue is limited parking near the unit we had which wasn’t a huge issue just a little inconvenient.

After I tried to check in they told me it was $150 non-refundable deposit for my dog and another $100 for incidentals which I was on aware of. Then told me it would be 10 days before I could get a refund when I told him I didn't want to stay there now

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and were excited to stay again. This time our room had a lot of ants and fuzzy bugs, so much so we had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to come and spray. Also the door had knuckle prints all over it; it looked as if someone tried to bust the door down. It was unfortunate as we had such a pleasant and nice time before.

The room is old and has the smallest tv. The walls are super thin and I could hear everything from my neighbor. The wifi was inconsistent and will turn off. The ice machine was far from the room. The room service they provided is the worst and it’s Uber eats and they took over an hour for food and they forgot the drink and had to deal with the company the resort uses. The pictures for the pool are very incorrect. I wanted a late check out but I had to wait until the day I checked out and call at 7am but nobody answered and waited on the line for 15 minutes. When I went to check out nobody was at the front desk and waited 10 minutes and just dropped off the keys.

The only issue I had was that in expedia the pictures shows an entire equipped kitchen. However when I got there it was a studio with only a mini microwave and small refrigerator. The other issue is this city is empty. Nothing to do. I recommend Sedona instead of Mesa. Other than that the property is beautiful, clean and quiet.

It's a risk.
I took a chance on the mixed reviews, hoping for the best. I didn't get the best. My room smelled like rotting food/old cheese. The mattress was worn out. The floor in front of the fridge and sink was worn out and peeling up, possibly water damage? The worst was the old shower faucet handle, which looked like it was filled with mold on the inside. The doors needed a good wipe down, as did the walls near the floor. Definitely not 'attention to detail' or maybe just basic attention. BUT the outside looked great, as were the amenities. The pool was perfect. Lots of fun choices from ping pong to cornhole.

Dirty and noisy.
Room was extremely dirty. Jets in bathtub shower handle had black mold in it. Floor was dirty and didn’t look like it had been mopped in a few stays. Extremely noisy. Our one year old baby was woken up all night long by the people running around above us and guest walking past our window.
