I was really surprised at how much extra the hotel surcharge was….it added at least $50 per day. Overall, it was a nice stay. I think the surcharge should be added in Up front .

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and all interactions with hotel staff was friendly and professional. My husband and I came in from New Mexico after a bad storm. We had been without electricity and water 24 hours prior to us checking into the hotel. I called and spoke to Anna, requesting if we could have an early check in to shower and sleep, it had been a rough couple days, and she spoke to her manager Kimberly and they had a room assigned to us by the time we drove from the airport. We appreciate the compassion and kindness and we will be returning. We had one person in valet that was unprofessional, I’m not sure of the name, but we addressed this with valet personnel. Everyone else in valet was amazing. Housekeeping did an absolute phenomenal job! I see in other hotels that this service has declined, but the time and attention to detail was noticed and very much appreciated. Thank you for a pleasant stay with your comfortable rooms and amazing service and staff. You will be our next choice when traveling back to that area.

Don't know whose fault it was, Expedia or the hotel but when we arrived we spent an hour with the front desk while they confirmed the Expedia account was paid in full... The manager was very nice but it seems that the other staff couldn't make a move without her decision.

Beautiful views of mountains from the room. Pool area was nice. Room was comfortable, but a bit dated. Casino was a fair size and there is a large bingo hall. We wish there was a little bit more to do in the immediate area but really we were there for the incredible golf at Wekopa which did not disappoint. Breakfast at Anala was great, but I would avoid the buffet as the majority of the food looked like it had been sitting out awhile.

The best part about the place was just the room. Barely saw any staff and the games they had were all the same and were so tight. Also a $400 hand pay is a joke. We will never be going back to that place.

The property is very large, offers nice amenities. We used the pool, hot tub, gym and restaurants. All were clean and food was good. Good location to Fountain Hills and Scottsdale.
