Amazing stay here, staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. Only problem was the pool was still under construction but they offered a pass to the pool at the resort down the road. Would definitely come back again.

Message from the hotel stated pool would be open. Upon arrival pool was not open and we were told another hotel at another location would allow pool use. I requested a first floor room due to an Achilles heel injury and received a second floor room. The room was dated and comparable to a lower priced room I could’ve got anywhere else. On my final night the remote to my tv stopped working.

Renovation disappointment
I came for a soak in the pool as this pool is a family favorite. Was not told about renovation until after room was paid for. I was told I could get a refund but when Hotels.com reached out to McCormick, they didn't honor it. I ended up staying there because I came for a mama away weekend And didn't want to double my spending on a room. I just wanted to relax and it ended up being a stress mini vacation.
