It was a good place to stay. Very nice remodel. The one thing why i didn’t give 5 stars is the walls seemed a little thin. The rooms themselves are very nice and the staff is superb. I would stay again. Super convenient to airport with round the clock shuttle service. Bed was very comfortable, too!

DO NOT PREPAY! And if you do Be wary of their cancellation policies. You’d think there would be some flexibility for a repeat customer who attempted to re-book, not CANCEL, about 20 hours prior to actual check-in time. My travel plans were altered and I simply wanted to move my booking 2 days later, but they stuck me with a cancellation fee for the exact amount of my original payment. Never staying here again.

Stayed in a large, spacious room that looked recently remodeled. Arrived in a Uber ride in plain sight of the front desk. Reserved ahead, so it was paid in advance. Not a late drop in. Desk clerk was courteous. However, he gave me a room that was over 200 yards away and upstairs. He could see from my ID that I was 70 years old and I had three bags. So, to make it to my room plus a round trip to the front office to get something cold to drink, and check out the next day, I had to walk with luggage over 800 yards. That's almost one half mile! They need training on courtesy and problem solving.

The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy. You had to cross the room multiple times to make toast, get cereal, or make a cup of coffee. The restroom in the breakfast area was out of order. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. I would definitely stay here again.
