Very good stay. Clean. Quiet. Attentive staff, budget friendly. Only neg, AC unit can be a little loud. Other than that, this is a good place to stay.

Clean room, but early flights don't get breakfast
The room was clean and spacious - no complaints. The staff were also very friendly, but the hotel policies need improvement. #1: The early check-in is absurdly overpriced. They wanted $25 to check in 2.5 hours early on a room that was only $99 for the night. No thanks, there is a great brewery around the corner that will give me a better value for that $25 in 2 hours! #2: I booked here because of the free breakfast and airport shuttle, but the shuttle only runs EXACTLY on the hour and breakfast does not begin until 6am (meaning that you can only get breakfast if your shuttle is at 7am or later). Also, there was absolutely NO grab and go option for early shuttles. I've never stayed at a hotel that wouldn't give you a piece of fruit and a muffin if you are taking an early shuttle. This hotel is not in a part of town with a grocery store within walking distance so the hotel breakfast really is the only option. If they really want to position themselves as an "airport hotel," they should align their policies to support early departures.

Hotel was in the middle of a renovation and I think it will be nice when completed. If we fly to or from Phoenix we would use this location again. Front desk staff could have been a little friendlier but I do think she was trying to do her best. Complementary breakfast could offer some peanut butter or cheese as a protein.

This property serves our particular needs perfectly: a clean, safe place to stay over night before flying in the morning. We also appreciate the convenient car parking and shuttle. This hotel is our go-to for out of state travel.

This is the worst hotel we have ever booked in error. Given the name Best Western attached to the property we expected a much higher standard. We checked in and out almost immediately and rebooked with Expedia elsewhere. We will be more careful in the future to fully check out what we are booking and not to just go with name recognition. This was a terrible experience gor us, losing points with Expedia plus the cost difference. As Expedia gold members we were disappointed that the hotel would not provide any approval to Expedia for a refund, at least of points. We do want to thank Expedia for trying to get a refund on our behalf, although unsuccessfully.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Being proximate to the airport we weren’t expecting much, we had a very late arrival and just took the closest hotel we could find at the best price. The price was reasonable but the room was actually much nicer than we were expecting. It had been recently renovated, they were still in the process of renovating rooms on the other side from where our room was. No noise problem to speak of, we did hear a dog barking that sounded like it was in back of our room but it wasn’t loud. The room itself was a basic room with king bed but it was large with vinyl plank flooring in the living area and tile in the bath area. Linens and towels were fresh and the bathroom area was very clean. We were only there one night so didn’t do much more than shower and sleep in the room. Breakfast was continental, small selection of carbs, cereal, fruit and beverages. Their coffee was very good! However, avoid the chewy doughball donuts.

The room is great but the area where the hotel is located is very unsafe and dangerous at night. Too many homeless people are roaming the area.

Remodeling construction of some sort was taking place on half of the hotel so the parking lot was full of giant garbage bins. Saw a few homeless people around the area.
