In Phoenix, it seems if you stay in a hotel under $100 a night, you will get sticky furniture, room floors never mopped, mold in the bathroom, stained towels, toilet not cleaned, SAYS they offer breakfast - they do not. Drug paraphernalia in the back parking lot. Letting people live there long term. The main area floors are in deplorable shape. The condition of the hotel says what the owner thinks of the people staying there. I'd never go back.

There wasn’t a breakfast like was advertised and the noise in the room was very loud due to the air conditioner/heater ran all night and seem to miss function. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, which was inconvenient and the room seem to be in need of, new paint and updating. Sheets and towels were somewhat dirty in the bed was very lumpy.

Avoid at all costs. Stay anywhere else.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in. Dilapidated floors, broken doors, worn out mattresses, and just dirty. Extremely dissatisfied.

Dirty and smelly
I stayed one night while a family member was in a nearby hospital. The room was smelly and dirty. The tile floor is filthy. The A/C unit is full of crud. The bed was comfortable but the sheets smelled musty. The bathroom had hair in the sink, dried toothpaste spit on the faucet and someone spilled coffee down the wall and it was still dried there. The granite countertop is cut in such a way if you sit up straight on the toilet it hits you in the back. They charge a $150 deposit which they will refund in 5-7 days if they don't smell smoke in the room. Sadly, smoke would probably smell better than the musty, body sweat odor in the room. I will not stay here again.

Overall it is a basic 1-Star hotel for a simple cheap stay, our room was a little out dated, the bathroom's toilet seat was dirty, the beds were comfortable can't complain there. No elevator is available at property so if you're handicapped make sure to book 1st floor. Customer service from both employees who assisted me (at check-in & check-out) was not great, I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there, but then again from current experiences customer service has gone out the window these days.

This property was very run down. The laminate floors were popping up in the room and halls. The paInt was peeling off l the bathroom walls. Missing a toilet paper holder.The room door would not close without holding it up and slamming the door. The bathroom door was damaged and patched but not painted. The bed sunk in the middle.there is no gran nd go breakfast as stated in amenities

When you go to a Super 8 you don't expect much. However, in this case the property is so warn out--especially the floor--that it is impossible for them to clean it. The floor is a laminate tile that they have tried to patch the warn out pieces with rubber cement, but lots of tiles are still coming up/missing. Too many bugs on the floor. You can't take off your shoes.

The price for pets was not $10 a night, it was $25 a night. They no longer have an exercise room. The television did not work properly. The ceiling fan couldn't be turned off or adjusted. The swimming pool was great. Very clean pool. The vinyl in the hallways was in very poor shape. They only had room service on Tuesday and Friday. There were some very nice restaurants near the hotel. The sliding door to the outside did not seal well. The hotel was not secure as the outside doors were not locked at all. They appear to be operating with limited employees.
