Not what we were hoping to experience.
I'm honestly surprised this hotel has the ratings it does (over 9.0 in all areas when i booked) because it didn’t seem great to us. The walls/floors are super noise conductors. If you dont mind being wakened by the neighbor flushing the toilet, this is the place for you. We could hear someone urinating in the toilet of a nearby room, it was THAT bad. The bathroom had water damage and the tub surround is cheap and full of caulking... not a $150+/night property. The boxspring of our bed was shot and the heater/AC unit was too loud to run during the night, although I suppose we wouldn't have heard the flushing, etc! Overall, not impressed and the ratings dont seem to match what we saw. The breakfast was okay, the pool and hot tub are behind the hotel and are very small.

The rooms are very clean with ample space. Love the location because it is close to different shopping malls, retail stores and restaurants. Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Having easy parking is a plus. This is one of our favorite places to stay!
