Customer service was amazing when I wanted to extend my stay. It's a quiet and cozy place with comfy beds and a unique thing is the bidets.

The property was very clean and safe. The rooms were nice and had a bidet! I liked having all entry ways gated. The property is small but has a beautiful pool, sitting areas, a fire pit area, and a place for the fur babies to run in. The restaurant connected to the property was nice. There is no front desk but you can call or text if there are any issues. I would stay here again!

Robot hotel
No staff or reception desk. Everything is done over the phone. They charge for everything. If u want house keeping or extra towels even parking cost extra. Breakfast was some apples and waffles with a note saying only one per person. Second night someone was parked in the spot we paid for and had to wait to get resolved. Nothing about the stay was easy. Worrying about your car getting towed and having to wait for someone on thebother end of a phone to help you.

Our stay at this property was overall not the best and not as advertised on their site. They advertise complimentary parking on their website which is false! They do not warn customers of their new parking policy, meaning there is no parking on site because all the parking around the hotel is for restaurant guest only and you will get towed if you park on site. You have to park in a parking garage 15 minutes away which was super inconvenient for us and made us feel unsafe walking back to the hotel at night. If we would have know this before we would have never booked this place. When we called to express our concern about the parking, the staff told us "I don't know what to tell you." This itself ruined the whole experience for us because we had to plan ahead and cut our plans short so we did not have to walk back so late to the hotel. The second disappointment for us was the breakfast; all their breakfast was a prewrapped waffle and coffee. We were there early and there was almost nothing left. We made sure to go before breakfast was served the next day and that is all they put out every day. So do not plan on eating a nice complete breakfast like most hotels at this one. Our 3rd issue was the code we were given for the side entances never worked for us so we had to always go in through the main entrance. The cleaners never came to clean our room so we had so much trash by the end of our stay and we could not fit it in the little trash cans in our room.

Overall the room was cleaned. However it definitely not convenient as a wheelchair users and the parking is a hot mess as far as the handicap parking.

This turned out to be the most painful, time-consuming check-in process (took about 1.5 hours) we have ever experienced, and we have travelled extensively all over the US, as well as all over the world.  1. After booking this, we got many emails to continue the check-in process & to pay for parking. 2. In the lobby, we found a robot for checking in, resulting in getting a call from a person referring us back to the email we had received. 3. After reviewing & processing those, we paid $10 for parking. 4. We were then given a space on the other side of the building (about a two-minute walk).  5. That space was taken so & we did not get a reply so after 20 minutes called the agent who had not read our text. She then said we needed to send her a photo showing that car parked in our assigned space. Eventually got a slightly closer space. 6. We received two six-digit codes to get through the gate and into the room. 7. The room is on the minimalist side, but was comfortable. The bathroom mirror was impressive, having dim, color, & defog options. 8. Having lost faith in this property, we thought they were only being provided with one set of towels (a hand towel, wash cloth, floor mat). (The next morning, we found that bath & pool towels are in a cabinet under the sink.) 9. The breakfast is provided in two baskets in the lobby, including a packaged waffle & RX Bar. For the travel-weary looking to quickly relax and unwind, this is not for you.

My big complaint was the notification that I was emailed hours before arriving. I was instructed that there was no designated parking for hotel guests. And to not park on behind the hotel or on the west side which is reserved for restaurant customers. Parking there would have you towed. There is no other place to park.

No one at a front desk. you check in online by email. the email that was sent to me was not the right code. Luckily there was a person that answered the phone to send me the right code to get into my room. There is no designated parking on site you have to park off site then walk 10 minutes back to the hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again. I will say the bed was cozy and comfortable.

Do not book this place! Tons of hidden fees. It was not advertised that you have to pay extra if you want a towel to use and that there’s no parking on site. Such a scam. We didn’t even stay there and had to book another hotel and lost our money. They refused to refund.

Checked in was good. Got to the room, turn on the Television for some background noise doesn’t work contacted staff about it they said they would send maintenance over to look at it, that was at about 6pm at 7pm and asked if maintenance was coming she then said he is unavailable so staff is unreliable…. Would not stay here.
