For starters, this place has huge potential to be a retro boutique motel....it definitely gives off a MCM vibe that you would see in Palm Springs. The reason for the 2 stars was the blood discovered on the toilet and the blood stained sheets. After contacting motel staff they did come by and change out the sheets and did another wipe down of the room. Its a shame....that took away from the charm this place does have. The wifi does work fine in room #215....also there was no coffee or pastries as they advertised. Get better trained cleaners and have someone on the grounds to help and this place would be great!

Experience was horrible. Tami was not helpful at all and there was no parking. There needs to be a front desk person to assist with reservations. I had a rental car and had to park 10 miles away, pay for parking there AND uber back to the hotel.

Think twice before booking here

Parking is a hassle, room access is a hassle, and I was charged $18 at booking for the “free” breakfast, which isn’t available on Mondays. There’s nobody on property to help you, no front desk staff, no nothin. Rooms were clean and aesthetic pleasing but I should’ve paid hostel prices for the non-existent service and breakfast.

The check in process was unconventional. Be aware. There is no one on the premises to help you. Everything is done by text and e mail. I thought they had free parking but it ended up charging me $10 a night. The free breakfast is a joke. Coffee and a packaged waffle is not a breakfast. We had long black hair stuck to the wall of our shower. Disgusting. The one bright stop is there was a bidet on the toilet. I wish all hotels would do that.

The hotel room was nice homey and simple. It seemed to have modern appliances and overall was well. However the area the property was located in, seemed to be unsafe and a sketchy place to be around. With that said there was appropriate security measures in place to help counteract that and make you more comfortable. However when you are in the room door closed and all you can hear all of the conversations around you outside and even hear a little of the rooms next to you which wasn’t the worst but made it feel less private. The cleaning of the room could’ve definitely been more thorough. The shower did not seem completely clean and you could certainly see the dirt and or grime that was missed. Upon arrival I went to unpack my bags and put them in drawers as you do and noticed that one of them was not clean and so dirty it was unusable. As you walked into the room it had a very particular and unpleasant smell it wasn’t so bad that it was a large inconvenience but it was there and it was not great. There was also an issue with parking. There is nothing I was made aware you could do if your assigned spot was taken by someone else which forces you to park elsewhere which is a major inconvenience that I personally dealt with. All in all the stay I had was definitely great but could be improved. if the cleaning was improved as well as the smell of the room it would make it more of a comfortable stay. To have a clear solution to the parking situation would have been nice as well.

Check in was a total gong show. Asked them to email the instructions not text them, as text would not work. Of course they texted them, so I never received the instructions until I returned home. Then the next morning the door lock battery failed, and with no front desk to rectify, I was locked out of my room. Figure out your check in process so it isn’t totally reliant on the customers phone.
