Stayed for a week they cleaned my room 4 days later after I complained, listed a travel perfume and founded when I back to my room after I complained, manager rude, smells really bad like a dog and I being calling and calling and never answer the phone I forgot My EarPods there

Decent hotel for the price. Not looking for frills, just a place to rest for the night. The breakfast is something to be desired, items that were missing 4 weeks ago are missing again. Figure going out for breakfast next time.

This property is conveniently located in North Phoenix and is not far from most of the popular places. The Costco is only .5 mile from it and even though it's close to freeway, there was no noise inside. I stayed 2 nights and happy with my stay.

On 7/24 staff member left me outside before checking me in and went home for the night she told me to wait outside until the next shift staff showed up I had to wait 45 minutes for the next shift staff to show up to get checked in After a six hours flight from Virginia terrible customer service

I was staying at this hotel because of its close proximity to the medical facility I was starting my chemotherapy treatment at. I was woken up just about an hour after I returned back to the hotel from my treatment by hotel Management telling us that they smell the chemical burning in our room and demanded that we leave and we had 30 minutes to do so. They had no proof they had no facts they had nothing other than a smell in the hallway. I had just gotten back from getting chemotherapy to be demanded to leave and only given 30 minutes and they did not refund my money nor are they going to. Somehow someway I'm going to demand our money back and make them pay for what they did to us which made me sicker mind you
