Property is in a central location to get to other Valley Metro areas quickly - except for all the constant construction going on in AZ. Front desk staff is amazing and went above and beyond for our smallest needs to emergencies during our 7 day stay. Thank you to Gabby in the morning shift and Coco in the evening shift. You are both amazing people and are very much appreciated.!

Two things against this property one we booked the property because it had a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport and we were getting in after midnight. I called the hotel after we had already booked to ask how we get the shuttle since we would be in so late they inform me that they’re shuttled no longer runs past 9 o’clock. I asked what I was to do. They said I guess get a taxi or an Uber. When we finally got to the hotel around 1:00 AM, they informed me that they were overbooked and they no longer had a room for us. I asked what we were to do and they said they didn’t know she could not recommend any other hotels. there was one across the street, but it was also fully booked, we then had to go find another hotel several miles away that we could get into . I’m not sure if this is Travelocity problem or the hotels problem but it is terrible.

Nowhere on the website or while booking did it mention that the hotel was under construction and the pool was closed While checking in. There were 3 customers waiting and two clerks at the front, desk and both of them thought it was a good time for one of them to run reports. The one running reports acknowledged that she wasn't ignoring me. But am running reports. After 20 minutes she acknowledged the third customer. Who she recognized and asked if he was still having trouble with his key and he said no. That his room still hadn't been cleaned, the clerk said it was probably too late for today, but tomorrow. Once it was my turn it took 5 minutes. Which the other clerk could have easily done, before running the reports

A friend of mine and myself only stayed for a few hours because we had a 9hr layover and did not want to stay inside the airport. The staff were amazing and very friendly especially CoCo. Coco answered every question we had, recommended restaurants, and even gave us a few laughs. Thanks to CoCo our short stay was amazing! Will visit again!
