Great value and location.
This is an older facility but clean and well-outfitted. There was only one wastebasket in the suite which meant that, once I had flossed my teeth, I had to venture to the living room section to dispose of the floss. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking but quickly left, once realizing that we were present. They were probably there to leave the bathroom wastebasket. ;)

Very nice room and very quiet. What I didn't like was the idea of getting the customer to pay an extra 5 bucks for parking. I know this is a Sonesta practice but just roll the 5 bucks into the rate for a nightly stay.
