A very good one night stay
This one night stay was pleasant. Everyone we worked with at the desk was friendly and helpful. They were remodeling the hotel so it wasn't at its finished best. But they certainly made the best of it.

Poor managed Hotel!
The clerk was not cordial. He asked for our IDs, photocopied, we signed in and he gave us the keys. Nothing said, place was under construction, had no hot water, and parking was hard to find.

Great stay and was much cleaner then previous stay with rooms very clean. Great service by front desk people and thing to have in rooms, a display on how to access the TV channels. It took me a while to figure out the remote that I have to hook up to HDMI 3 to get channels to work. All in all, a great stay for just over $100

Right off the fwy is a plus and they allow pets (2 per room). The area was safe didn’t have any problems. They were remodeling so some parking was blocked and they had lot of debris. Also make sure to not get a room on the sun side because your room will get hot and the air conditioning will work overtime. But loved the staff very helpful and they deserve a raise thank you for making my stay the best for my pups first trip.

Hotel is Under construction entire 1st floor gutted. Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t helpful. Room was not the one I reserved or paid for. No amenities no breakfast or office space. Made the entire 7 day stay. Water outages the entire time- no notice or construction taking place. Room sheets stained, exterior lots of trash and construction products and a dumpster, lots of transients and overall just dirty. If I had known I would have left sooner it was paid for by 3rd site so the hotel wouldn’t help me address the concerns | also smelled like mildew and the a/c sounded like an angry screeching dragon. 0/10 don’t recommend and won’t return false advertising - pictures that I saw were not of the hotel I stayed at.

Great spot! They just remodeled the rooms we stayed in. It was great. Great staff. Gentleman at the front desk was so awesome even though he was busy!! Overall great would definitely stay again!!!

Hotel lobby and Front Desk Staff are nice. Upstairs hallway smells like weed and hallway carpet needs updating. The hotel room was nice, even though I've never stayed in a hotel without carpet in the room. But, other than that everything else was okay. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

As a global traveler, I am used to certain amenities but one that is non negotiable is a automatic door. Not one of the doors was automatic. Thats not good for handicap as well people bringing in multiple pieces of luggage. Not having too.s ready before 12pm is another miss. Time zone travelers need a nap. Its crazy how no one was at the desk until 4pm. Smh .. A waste.

The staff and property itself was fine. However, the area it was in was filled with dope addicts and homeless groups that continually walked through and around the area and parking lot at all times of day and night. Did not feel safe even going to my car.
